A unique, patented wire tensioning system makes it possible to combine high cutting speed with low wire consumption by utilizing load cells technique. 3 Maximum performance with the highest cutting capacity SpeedCut has a unique wire tensioning system that makes it possible to combine the high cutting speed with low wire consumption. This patented system enables the machine to place constant tension on the wire. + Full control of your productivity The PMI (Panel Machine Interface), allows several operations such as parameter setting, recording and loading of saved cutting data. The PMI controls both inverters (retraction/speed control) and the load cell. It keeps a constant tension on the diamond wire regardless of external circumstances such as water flow, non-homogenous materials or a fall in electric tension. Thanks to this, you gain the full potential of the wire and increase its life span. The PMI gives the operator full control through every cut. + Cuts a perfectly smooth face SpeedCut creates a perfectly smooth face of the block. It is capable of cutting both vertical and horizontal and close to ground level so that you get an even bottom. Furthermore, SpeedCut s main flywheel can be rotated 320. It can make parallel cuts with a maximum distance of two meters without repositioning, thanks to the rotation of the main flywheel. + Highest cutting capacity The combination of the 8-pole motor and the special software developed for SpeedCut is the key to reach maximum performance.
