2 The suitable trailer for goods of all shapes and sizes Whether you are looking for a standard type of trailer or you require a special, customised solution, SEACOM Trailer Systems GmbH is your reliable partner for professional and eficient internal transportation. We manufacture trailers in very different designs always matching the cargo that is to be transported as well as the individual operating conditions. The payloads we offer range from 3 tons up to 600 tons. Our trailers are characterised by their sturdiness, durability and maintainability. We only use components of the highest quality, while in the process of development, design and manufacturing we strictly adhere to all current technical standards and safety regulations. For maximum eficiency the trailers can be operated in trailer trains. Optional supplementary equipment offers the opportunity to create a trailer ideally matching individual requirements. 3 Basic trailer version First of all the size and weight of the goods are the crucial and determining factors for the best trailer design. However, plantspeciic operating conditions often require customised solutions, too. Taking this into account, we offer a very sophisticated system of standardised assembly groups giving you all the advantages of a serial production which at the same time allows for the maximum possible individuality. Platform cover Our standard is an impregnated wood cover with surrounding edge protection. Surface treatment All metal parts get steel shot-blasted to quality class SA 2 1/2 before a double-layer paint consisting of 60 my primer and 60 my top coat is applied. Tow bar Forged tow bar with towing eye diameters of 35, 40 or 50 mm 3
