Introduction With many years of experience in the trailer and leisure industries our aim was and still is, to deliver a fi nished product that matches the client s image as well as being practical and easy to use. With tight deadlines and exhibition or road show bookings, the importance of delivery on or before the agreed date has always been a high priority and is consistently achieved. At Tow Master we offer a standard range of exhibition trailers in a variety of sizes with broad scope for customising them to suit individual customer requirements. We also design and manufacture completely bespoke trailers for our customers who wish to have a unique display with an impact that helps them stand out from their competitors. We use the latest CAD design and 3D modelling software to ensure there are no mistakes and customers can view their trailer before production. If you would prefer a motorised vehicle we can customise an existing one or supply a brand new vehicle along with a body and layout to suit. 4 Overview of Exhibition Trailers If you are looking for a company to produce a bespoke trailer to your own design or to design a unit from your own brief Tow Master can help. We have helped customers realise their goals with a custom built unit many times and always enjoy the challenge and satisfaction of producing something different. We have a modern workshop that has been extensively equipped with all necessary tools and machines to allow our experienced craftsmen to build trailers of the highest standard. We have a range of exhibition trailers that are available in a number of sizes and chassis confi gurations with extensions available to the length, width and height when ready for use. All of these trailers can be customised to suit individual requirements by choosing from a list of optional extras or by adding your own ideas. 5 01 02 All of our standard exhibition trailers are designed to be quickly and easily assembled, usually by one person but never more than two. Bespoke trailers are designed to meet, or better, assembly times provided by the customer whilst maintaining their overall impact and effectiveness. We will work closely with you to fully understand your needs and wants as well as to make you fully aware of the pros and cons of different ideas and designs. Each of our chassis is manufactured entirely from steel that is then hot dip galvanized to ensure it is strong, long lasting and has an appearance that matches the trailer built on top. Various panels can be used to match requirements for strength, weight, and thermal performance with all fi nished to the same high standard. Wherever possible anodised aluminium is used to provide a clean, uniform appearance, improve scratch resistance and minimise residue. The main road lights are recessed into a light channel, that forms part of the chassis, for protection and all the front, rear and side marker lights are LED s to improve visibility. Most customers know how they would like their trailer fi tted out inside and it is often simple to agree a layout after considering towing stability and load distribution. However, if you are unsure of how your trailer should look inside we have experienced designers who can produce a number of designs for you to choose from. All they need from you is an understanding of what you are trying to achieve. Idaho The Idaho has wheels beneath the body with a totally clear open space inside. The opening side has large Barn Doors that open 180 to the body and act as display wings when open.

The added benefi t of the Idaho is that the display side of the wings is inside the trailer in transit and so your display can be left in place without fear of damage. The opening is provided with a set of lightweight aluminium clip on steps with slot in stainless steel handrails for access and has a light duty wind out awning above. A heavier duty awning or even a rigid canopy can be added as options. A pedestrian door is included. 10

10 Oregon The Oregon has wheels beneath the body with a totally clear open space inside and has 4 bi-fold doors to the near side. A light duty wind out canopy provides protection overhead whilst a set of clip on aluminium steps with slot in stainless steel handrails allow access to the full width of the opening. It is an eye catching unit once set up and the bi-fold doors can be used for display purposes or, with the addition of a large window to each door, can be kept closed in poor weather whilst maintaining a visual link between yourself and your customers. 12

Case studies 3.6m Mobile Phone Shop This trailer was designed to maximise the internal display space whilst maintaining adequate storage and a secure area to display more expensive items and special offers. 7m with body extension for cookery demonstrations This trailer was designed to help celebrity chefs promote local food produce. As well as having a built in power supply it needed to be flexible enough to seat 36 people whilst fully enclosed but also have the ability to be used as a stage to demonstrate to a larger audience. 5.5m mobile taxi offi ce The trailer is used as a mobile taxi office in town centres over the weekend. It has an office area with desk and cupboard space, sink and 240v electrics along with a waiting area with table and fully upholstered bench seating. 14

It was was to be used as storage as well as a shop front and greatly cut set up times whilst giving a professional image. 6m advertising trailer The owner of this trailer wanted a billboard sized illuminated trailer that could be used to display banners both in daylight and during the night. He needed to be able to easily change and tension the banners in a one man operation that did not take up too much time. 4.2m double deck PA Trailer This trailer was originally built as a single deck unit before being converted into a double unit when the customer developed a demand for a unit with a higher deck. The trailer is used at shows and trials as a commentary unit. The upper roof and part of the walls are lifted by the use of hydraulic rams that are electrically powered. 15
