5 MOTIONLATCH Every door and drawer is fitted with our patented MotionLatch TM handle which securely locks when closed for transit thanks to our dual latch system and can be opened with the motion of pulling the drawer/door open or as we like to say ONE HAND, ONE MOTION. Lined with the same heavy duty lining that is found in the CopBox drawers, the Inverted Top is a great standard option for all CopBox models. INVERTED OPTIONAL The Flip Lid offers a 3 deep tray for easy access equipment. 7 PATROL TACTICAL COMMAND UNIVERSAL VS WIDE BODY Universal Width = 40 Wide Body Width = 47 Universal: With an overall width of 40 the Universal fits in all current full sized and mid sized SUV platforms which we have QuickLink mounting plates for. If you have a full size SUV but desire the option to move your CopBox to a mid/small SUV the Universal is your option. UNIVERSAL VS. WIDE BODY Wide Body: Extending the CopBox 7 for a total width of 47 utilizes the most space available in full size SUVs. Utilizing our QuickLink Mounting plate makes the installation of any of our CopBoxes easy and quick. 7

8 POWDER COAT FINISH At CTECH Manufacturing giving our customers the highest quality products is what we pride ourselves on and this includes the finish. We have integrated a state of the art Powder Coat line into our sq ft facility to achieve the finish our customers have come to expect. Our products are thoroughly cleaned dried and prepped for powder coating with a series of automated machines to ensure optimal adhesion. This achieves an even, smooth and durable finish on all components of the CopBox and other products. The CopBox powder coat is one of our heavier coatings at 5mil with a textured finish they are the most durable on the market. Our powder coat technicians are highly trained to achieve the premium powder coat finish seen on all of our products. 8

10 QuickLink Mounting Plate QUICKLINK We have taken our CopBox and designed a QuickLink mounting system that securely bolts the box in position utilizing all factory mounting locations. The QuickLink system allows the CopBox universal mounting between vehicles which only requires a new QuickLink mounting kit. The true value of the Cop- Box is its durability to be used the lifetime of multiple vehicles while still carrying its lifetime warranty. Universal mounting limitations include: Wide body (47 ) units must be moved to the same or 1 larger cargo sized vehicles. A new mounting plate will be OR required depending on factory alterations to cargo areas or make and model swap. 11 SPARE TIRE ACCESS STEP 1: Remove bolts from rear mounting point. STEP 2: Lift up on handle. STEP 3: Remove factory spare tire from cradle. - Thank you Marathon County Sherrif Department. Available on the PATROL SERIES CopBox, because of its low profile design it allows enough clearance to lift the CopBox up with the assistance of gas shocks to easily access the spare tire without any modification to the vehicles original equipment. Utilizing the QuickLink Mounting plate as the base for our Spare Tire Access it can be easily upgraded to a larger CopBox if desired because the QuickLink plate is universal within each vehicle platform. 11

Push UP on left slide release and DOWN on right slide release DRAWER INSTRUCTIONS IMPORTANT - failure to follow instructions will VOID the warranty INSTALL 4. Pull Bearing Carriage Assembly to end of rail and align drawer slide into groove on either side. 5. Drawer slide should be centered in Bearing Carriage Assembly groove while you hold bearings in place (repeat on opposite side) 3.
