Includes all items, not described elsewhere in the schedule of rates, that do not exceed 1, lbs per ocean shipping unit. Commodity No. 1A: Unitized cargo. (Packed in triwalls, on skids or pallets, or units that measure less than 3 feet in the largest dimension, or at any item so packed as to be handled primarily by material handling equipment and weighing a minimum of 1, lbs each package. Commodity No. 1B: Loose cargo. Includes unitized cargo, bagged and sacked products, canned goods, beverages, up to a maximum of 1,499 lbs each package. Commodity No. 1C: Drums and barrels. Includes all drums and barrels with an individual capacity of gallons and over. Commodity No. 2: Household goods and baggage. Includes all individually owned household goods and baggage. Commodity No. 3: Privately owned passenger vehicles (POVs. Includes all privately owned automobiles, motorcycles, vans, pickups, housetrailers and recreational vehicles. Commodity No. 4: Special cargo heavy lifts. Includes items over 1, lbs or measure 3 feet or more in any dimension, except military vehicles, tracked and wheeled guns, POVs, seavans, milvans and aircraft unboxed. Commodity No. : Military vehicles and trailers. Includes tracked or wheeled military vehicles, guns and trailers. Commodity No. 6: Aircraft unboxed. Includes aircraft unboxed, whole aircraft or complete fuselages with or without engines. Commodity No. 7: Ammunition, explosives, and other hazardous cargo. Includes all ammunition, explosives and other hazardous items except small arms ammunition. Commodity No. 8: CONEX container, empty and full. Includes all Government owned metal reusable containers of 36 or 184 cubic feet. Outside dimensions are 8'6", 6'3", 6'1." and 4'4", 6', 6'1." respectively. Commodity No. 9: Container, commercial and military, empty and full. Includes commercial and Government owned (or leased shipping containers which are moved via ocean transportation without bogey wheels attached i.e. lifted on and off the ship.
