The wing itself is joined with the three lubricated and locked pins and there are six plastic bearings taking the side movement. Plastic bearings help in wearing and they are dumping efficiently drive noise of the plough. Turning of the wing is operated by the two hydraulic cylinder diameter 80 mm which enables stepless turning. New hydraulic suspension of the series acts like a shock absorber dumping efficiently vibration coming from the road surface. The adjustment of the suspension cylinder changes the vertical angle of the wing and due to that snow throwing features to the bank will be changed. The sensitivity of the hydraulic suspension will be adjusted from the chock valve according the need. FMG has developed new changeable adapters which are able to change easily with the screws. Zoom plough is needed when the width of the road will change or when the ploughing route have narrow bridges etc. where the bigger model is not possible to use. Zoom plough is easy to drive with the help of joystick in tractors armrest. AREAL PLOUGH FMG has renewed totally areal plough series based on customer need collection and test results during many years model series is for the snow cleaning from the roads and streets, however multiuse series is good also in snow cleaning from the yards and terminals. Design has developed also from the previous models giving good snow throwing features already in low km/h driving speeds. The upper wing of the new series goes horizontally forward which allows driving wind clean the wing helping snow throwing up to the road bank. Also new vizier on top of upper wing prevents efficiently snow boil to the bonnet and against the windscreen.

4 4 New butterfly series is sturdy and due to that suitable for bigger tractors and wheel loaders. Butterfly form welded wings give extra stiffness as well as strong wing supports. Despite of higher weight ploughs are easy to handle due to short structure of plough body where the gravitation point is close to basic machine adapter. Due to correct blade angle and wing curvature ploughs are easy to push which helps in fuel consumption. New plough series is equipped with screw adjusted legs which enables you to 3 mm precision in height adjustment. Both legs are located close to the corners giving the best possible precision in cleaning. The adjustment ranges of the legs are 300 mm which is enough for every kind of needs and blade types. BUTTERFLY PLOUGH FMG traditional butterfly plough series consists of two areal plough wings giving excellent snow throwing features to the both side as well as snow pushing features will remain on yards and terminals. Wing of the plough turns well to the both side and snow will be thrown to the high bank even in the km/h driving speed. The lower wing of the new series is straight while upper part of the wing goes horizontally forward as well as in areal ploughs. When driving headwind will clean effectively wing helping snow throw up to the bank. New vizier on top of the upper wing prevents efficiently snow boil to the bonnet and to the windscreen. 6 6 U plough Bulldozer blade FMG U-plough is really multiuse equipment and it is actually a combination of bulldozer blade, articulated plough and collecting plough. U-plough consists of main wing and two flipper wings and the turning angle of side wings are even 175 degrees. Because of the stiff springs in blades U-plough is also excellent equipment in slush and ice removing. The construction of the blade allows blade releasing function which together with the chock valve improves remarkable working safety. U-plough is suitable in areas where you have different needs in snow cleaning. This plough is especially used in terminals, yards where snow must be removed and collected to the special place. Visibility from driver seat is good due to low wing. Floating of the wing is operated with special floating bar and turning angle is 38 degrees to the both sides. Frame of the blade is short and that is why center of gravity is near to machine which allows good working conditions and also turning radius is good. Bulldozer blade is equipped with release mechanism and together with chock valve they improve working safety. 7 7 open sweeper FMG open sweeper is intended for large and small areas and roads cleaning. Open sweeper is really a multiuse equipment which is able to use in sand, dust, snow, leafs... sweeping. Turning of the main brush is hydraulically operated, which allows 28 degree turning angle to the both sides. Open sweeper has free floating both in driving and sideways direction. Shock absorbers provide smooth sweeping and clean working result. Complete rotation of sweeper requires min. 50 l/min hydraulic flow. FMG open sweepers are able be to equipped with separate container and washer (1000 l). Washer is 3 point linkage engaged and give 200 bar pressure. 8 8 Bucket sweeper New FMG bucket sweeper is designed as a multiuse sweeper. In addition to normal road sweeping, bucket sweeper is excellent for cleaning quickly large covered areas, like shopping centers parking areas. You can easily collect biggest particles with bucket and then do the final cleaning with sweeper. Advantages of bucket sweeper are big tank and close positioning to tractor. You can use even bigger bucket sweeper with smaller basic machine. Bucket sweeper is ideal in loading swept material to the trailer or truck. FMG bucket sweeper can also be equipped with similar separate container and washer as open sweeper. In working position the bucket floats on rear rubber wheels and front steel blade. 9 Runway light sweeper FMG runways light sweeper is designed especially for runways of airports light bars cleaning from snow. Between the light bars you plow as with normal plough and when closing the light bar the middle parts of the main wings will be moved aside. Light bar will be brushed with two sweepers from both sides and after that snow will be removed away by the rear wings for the further plowing. Side sweeper has hydraulically operated frame with the suspension element which enables precision sweeping close to paving stones. Side sweepers could be turned mechanically to the forward or reverse sweeping position which gives plenty of sweeping alternatives. One side sweeper gives 0,5 m additional working width and side sweepers could be used at the same time or separately. Also side sweeper package is able to mount to the used bucket sweepers.

10 10 GRADER FMG grader has been designed to Valtra tractors together with the Valtra engineers in order to get best possible application between tractor and grader. Grader is multiuse equipment for balancing roads and terminals both in building and in maintenance phases. In winter time grader is widely used removing ice from the streets and roads in between road cleanings from the snow. New grader consists of quick coupled blade body, robust grader chassis to tractor and steering hydraulics with electronic control. Internal information in grader goes by the CANBUS. Quick coupled blade body is easy to engage and disengage according to various needs. Body will be released when 5 screws and 6 hydraulic quick couplings will be taken off from the both side of the tractor and when assembling back conical steering pins also on the both side helps it remarkably. Engagement as well as disengagement will take around half an hour which is tiny work compared to the previous model taken around one working day. Grader chassis is strong construction which use tractor s implement fastening points in front and in rear it will be fastened to the rear axle. of the grader chassis is only 540 and due to that tractor will be used in agriculture and forestry without any harm when blade body is disengaged. In practical life fastened grader chassis doesn t take any additional ground clearance or width compared to the standard tractor.

11 11 As an option you can get perforated blade, stinger blades and lift cylinders with the position control sensors which tell the height of the lift on both sides. In the future grader equipped with the position control cylinders and downgrade sensors enables you to drive road to the needed downgrade angle. Later on with the GPS box steering will do that automatically when information is available from satellite. Processor itself is widely used ifm processor placed on top of the hydraulic blocks in steering housing which is waterproof. Hydraulic blocks are Brevini proportional blocks which makes all the movements soft and precise. Extension wings are as standard and due to that adjustment of the working width is easy. New grader has totally own hydraulic and electric control and due to that tractor hydraulic is totally available to the other implements. Steering will be done with the ergonomic joystick which is fastened to the armrest of the tractor together with the grader screen. All the movements of the grader will be done with one hand grip of the joystick when using knops and rocker switch on top of joystick. The position of the joystick will be adjusted forward and reverse also sideways when adjusting armrest of the tractor. That increases driving ergonomics according to the driver's needs. Grader screen will tell online the movement in written text. Selection buttons of the screen enable you to make language selection, different limits, memory locations, automatic functions and functions of the joystick. From screen you are able to get also service diagnostics and monitoring. Because of simple and robust construction, the scraper has become popular equipment even in replacing expensive special machines. SCRAPER FMG scraper is designed to be professional equipment for slush and ice cleaning between the snow cleaning and for leveling the gravel roads in summer time. To get good grip to the surface FMG scraper is equipped with the patented hydraulic pressure control which enables you to move tractor weight to the blade and due to that you get good grip even on icy road. With the stinger blade scraper is well known to replace big special machines in road maintenance. Scraper will be engaged to the 3-point linkage of agricultural tractor and due to that it is easy to take in use. 13 13 Flipper bucket gritting bucket FMG flipper bucket is designed for the yards, terminals and sidewalks cleaning from snow and at the same time you can use bucket also for snow loading to the bank or trailer. To get loading position you only drive wings back with hydraulic cylinders to the bucket sides. Actually flipper bucket is a combination of collecting plough and snow bucket, which in some conditions replace well real collecting plough. FMG flipper bucket has spring loaded wings as standard which enables you to use bucket in aggressive position while wings are following street surface precisely. Also bucket has got changeable blade which helps when changing blade and enable you to use different type of blade. 14 14 SNOW thrower FMG snow thrower is specially designed to the contracting usage and it is able to use in both driving direction. Change of the driving direction is hydraulically operated and will be done in few seconds from the driver seat. FMG snow thrower has a special feeding screw cylinder design which scrapes even icy snow from the surface and because of construction it is choked free in practical usage whatever the moisture of the snow or ice could be. Throwing wings are located in the middle of the feeding screw. Throwing tower is also hydraulically rotated as well as snow steering plate. With the bigger tower you can load snow even to the tractor trailer or truck up to 3 m height. 15 FRONT PUMP FMG-front pump is perfect partner for forest and municipality tractors and small tractors when tractor s own hydraulic flow is not sufficient. Front pump will save fuel consumption significantly and the work is more meaningful. Front pump is also available for some of the older Valtra-models, but in these cases you should always check the possible application from the manufacturer also in case of the front loader mounting. Tractor based thrower is handy in narrow areas and also thrower loading gives better snow density in trailer and due to that better total economy in snow transportation. 16 16 road dragger FMG road dragger is designed to the professional road maintenance especially in leveling gravel roads. Road dragger has 4 different blades which could be equipped with evenblade (standard) or stinger blade. Rear blade works like a stone rake taking small stones and obstacles away from the levelled road. Stone rake is steered by the wheel packer keeping the blade smoothly on surface making a good final result. FMG road dragger has working depth adjustment in both ends and downgrade adjustment which enables you to formulate road as you like. Rear end adjustment is implemented with the wheel packer covering all the working width, stamping cultivated and loose gravel and preventing over drying of the road surface. Stabilizer rod enables you to lift and lower the dragger to adjusted position which is a great help in practical drive. New FMG road draggers are equipped with changeable wings with the screws and slush removal wing position. The widest wing is able to turn to the slush removal position when it works from the middle road to the side. At the same time all the other wings could be taken off while road dragger works like a slush removal plough. Extra weights could be used on top of the frame if needed to help ice removal.

17 17 Road dragger will be equipped with electric control. In that case only 2 double-acting hydraulic valves are needed. Electric control will be steered directly from the cabin. The wings are fastened with screws which helps the transportation remarkably and no special transportation trucks are needed. All the lights and the rotating lighthouse are vibration isolated. Road dragger can be pulled with max. tractor speed in transportation. Hydraulically operated side wing gives more working width and the edges of roads can also be rounded with the side wing. 18 18 FMG skip trailers are used in gravel, cereal, forage and snow transportation. You can also equip trailer with water tank for road maintenance and use trailers as carriage platform. The excellency is that skip trailer standard is the same as used in trucks (Finland and Baltics) so it allows you plenty of possibilities. SKIP TRAILER FMG skip trailers have patented locking system in changing trailer from tipping position to the skipping position and it is easily done by using electronic steering box from the tractor cabin. Due to new invention the needed oil amount in tipping cylinders is remarkably low compared to any other system with same lifting capacity. Trailers are produced with two loading capacity 16 and 18 tons which gives 21 and 23 tons total weight. Maximum gravel skip is 12,5 m3 and max cereal skip is 24 m3. Platform for the carriage of the machines is 6 m long. Skip trailers will be more and more popular because of the multiuse possibilities with the same base investment.
