Streak BLUE CHIFFON plus a dot of ULTRA BLUE DEEP around the inside edge of the frame. Painting Instructions: BACKGROUND ON THE OVAL Streak the sky on the top half of the oval with darker streaks of BLUE MIST plus a touch of ULTRA BLUE DEEP plus BLUE CHIFFON medium streaks of BLUE CHIFFON plus a dot of ULTRA BLUE DEEP and lighter streaks of BLUE CHIFFON plus WARM WHITE. Transfer the truck pattern using BLUE SARAL paper lightly outline with SOFT BLACK. BACKGROUND BUSHES AND GRASS - Use a fuzzy brush and stipple and pat the bushes on the left and right side using HAUSER DARK GREEN and BLACK GREEN at the bottom picking up HAUSER MEDIUM GREEN. The lightest on the left side is HAUSER MEDIUM GREEN and FOLIAGE GREEN. Paint ground area with HAUSER DARK GREEN and touches of BLACK GREEN. Flowers are added after the truck is finished. TRUCK Use a #4 LINER brush mix SOFT BLACK plus LAMP BLACK paint inside the cab, the 1

3 grill and under the truck. USE A ¼ ANGULAR brush and float SOFT BLACK inside the cab, the grill and under the truck. Float SOFT BLACK inside the truck bed, around the back fender and the running board. Use a #4 FILBERT and brush mix a dark pinkie red using TRUE RED plus a touch of WARM WHITE and paint the truck. Pat red spots using TRUE RED pat blue spots with a mix of ULTRA BLUE DEEP plus a touch of SOFT BLACK plus a touch of BLUE CHIFFON to lighten. Brighter blue spots and the head lights are ULTRA BLUE DEEP plus a touch of BLUE CHIFFON. Shade with SOFT BLACK. Paint the door handle, trim on the hood, the grill, the bumper and around the head lights with a grey mix of BLUE CHIFFON plus a dot of SOFT BLACK. Use a #1 SCRIPT LINER a mix of WARM WHITE plus a touch of BLUE CHIFFON dot and streak the highlights. Shade and streak the bumper, the grill and divide the windshield with a mix of TRUE RED plus SOFT BLACK and pat around the headlights. Use a #1/4 ANGULAR brush float and streak the window, windshield and headlights with WARM WHITE plus a touch of BLUE CHIFFON. Use a liner brush and the same white mixture to streak the highlight on the bar in the center of the windshield and add a wiper to the left side. Float the edge of the tires with the dark blue mix hubs are the darker red mix and spots of TRUE RED highlight with the grey bumper color. GRASS AND FLOWERS Use a ¼ FILBERT COMB touch one corner into HAUSER DARK GREEN then HAUSER MEDIUM GREEN - the opposite corner into a light blue mix of ULTRA BLUE DEEP plus BLUE CHIFFON start below the bushes holding the brush with the blue at the top tap in the flower. Tip the corner of the brush into HAUSER MEDIUM GREEN and FOLIAGE GREEN and tap in a few green stems. Finishing: Finish with several coats of DuraClear Varnish Satin on both the frame and insert. Attach hardware to frame and insert the painted piece. 2
