2 ROUSH PERFORMANCE PARTS The name ROUSH means many things to many different people. To the weekend race fan, ROUSH is one of the most successful race teams in the world. To the automotive industry, it's a premier supplier and an engineering services provider. To new vehicle buyers, ROUSH is the sought-after name for high-performance pre-titled vehicles. ROUSH is most known for its line of high-performance Mustang powertrain parts, including our superchargers, cold air intakes, and exhaust kits. 3 SUPERCHARGERS ROUSH has developed these industry-leading calibrated supercharger systems with varying power levels for the Ford F-150 powered by a 5.0L V8 or 6.2L V8. The ROUSH F-150 Calibrated Supercharger Kit is part of the Eaton TVS (Twin Vortices Series) line of superchargers developed by ROUSH that have raised the bar of performance and reliability. Phase 1 and Phase 2 kits are protected by ROUSH s 3-Year/36,000-Mile Parts Limited Warranty. Optional ROUSH Complete Powertrain Limited Warranties are also available for Phase 1 kits. Phase 1 and Phase 2 kits are 50-State emissions-legal on F-150s (CARB E.O. #D ) and L and 6.2L F-150s (CARB E.O. # D ). 4 COLD AIR INTAKES ROUSH Cold Air Kits for F-150s are available for V8, V6, and EcoBoost power plants, each offering more efficient air-intake than the standard stock air box. Cold air induction allows for latent potential in power and fuel efficiency that would otherwise be restricted, as well as providing reduced pressure drop. A custom tune is not required, as these CAI systems were engineered and tested specifically for each individual application, ensuring that the MAF signal performance matches factory settings. ROUSH Cold Air Intakes are 50-State emissions-legal on F-150s and F-150s (CARB E.O. #D ), F-150s built before 1/1/2007 (CARB E.O. #D ), and L and 5.4L F-150s. ROUSH Cold Air Intakes for 2018 F-150s, F-150s, F-250s and F-350s, and SUVs, are not approved for sale or installation in the state of California or any other states that require an Executive Order Number. EXHAUST ROUSH Performance offers several unique exhaust options for Ford F-150s. ROUSH Exhaust Systems are designed and developed in-house utilizing mandrel-bent corrosion-resistant stainless steel tubing. 5 OFF-ROAD PACKAGES PERFORMANCE PACS ROUSH Performance Pacs for F-150s are available in two levels for 5.0L V8 and 3.5L EcoBoost and non-ecoboost engine options. Included in each Performance Pac is a ROUSH Cold Air Intake Kit which is fully tested and calibration-certified to work seamlessly with the included ROUSH Performance ECU Re-flash, while the Level 2 adds a ROUSH cat-back Round-Tip Exhaust. ROUSH Performance Pac calibrations are uploaded easily into the factory ECU via industry-standard J2534 re-flash interfaces, with the free ROUSH Diagnostic Tool (RDT). 6 WHEELS AND TIRES The very same wheel and tire package found on production ROUSH F-150s, the matte black 20 x9 8-spoke wheels were developed in conjunction with Mickey Thompson, and are wrapped in Mickey Thompson Baja ATZ tires. We recommend pairing this wheel and tire package with the ROUSH Fox 2.0 Suspension Kit and ROUSH Fender Flares.
