Cold Rolled Steel: all welded construction with painted enamel finish. Wheels: forward curved delivers high static pressure at low tip speeds. Dynamically balanced assuring smooth operation. Galvanized material. Ball Bearings: for smoother running and extended life. Shafts: solid, ground and polished. Two Motor Mounting Positions: for each of the four basic discharge angles. Belt length remains the same regardless of discharge angle (10-18 sizes). Vibration Isolators: minimizes vibration and noise. Maximum Air Temperature: up to 150 F. : ,000 applications. 6 Drive Guidelines & Drive Charts Pulleys: Belts: Motors: Use Cast Iron when motor is over 1 HP. Due to variations in pulleys, actual HP and should always be checked to prevent motor overload. 4L = FHP Belts A = A Section Standard Duty B = B Section Sets must be length matched All motors over 5 HP must be floor mounted. GENERAL DRIVE GUIDELES If Belt Length is not given, motor is to be floor mounted, only.
