We also enroll our workers in government pension plans. Allowances Our workers receive standard meal allowances as well as supper allowances for the night shift and/or overtime hours. We also provide pay differentials to accommodate for high temperatures during the summer months, June to September.

MarinaPLUS - an outdoor synthetic leather commonly used on yachts for its durability to withstand various weather conditions out at the open sea. Complementing our furniture as fully outdoor resistant, this synthetic leather assures the highest level of dimensional stability and stretch-resistant for maximum comfort and luxury. Marina products are skillfully upholstered using MarinaPLUS onto hand woven, lightweight and powder coated aluminum frames. Using HDPE resin wicker that is UV resistant and cool to touch even in hot weather; these textured in appearance resin wicker requires very minimal maintenance. If heavily soiled, you may add a small amount of diluted washingup liquid to lukewarm water, then rinse thoroughly with clean water. To prevent damaging your tabletop, please avoid the following: 1. Do not cover the table with plastic or canvas tablecloth. This can encourage the growth of mould which may discolor the tabletop surface. 2. WoodTEC Wood TEC WoodTEC is a wood-plastic composite made out of wood fiber and plastics. It combines both the advantages of wood-like surface texture with durability of plastic. A major advantage over wood is the ability of the material to be molded to meet almost any desired spatial conditions and requires less maintenance than the solid wood. It behaves like wood and can be shaped using conventional woodworking tools. They are moisture-resistant and resistant to rot but they are not as rigid as wood and may slightly deform in extremely hot weather. Moisture-resistant Resistant to rot Weatherproof approx. from -20 C to 60 C (-4 F to 140 F) Cleaning and Maintenance 1. Clean the WoodTEC regularly using a soft sponge or cloth and lots of water. If heavily soiled, you may add a small amount of diluted washing-up liquid to lukewarm water, then rinse thoroughly with clean water. 2. To remove oil and stains as soon as they occur by using household de-greasing agent and stiff bristle brush to scrub away any greasy and oily stains, and later rinsing it with warm water. 3. Pressure washing is also a good idea from time to time to remove built-up dirt and debris. When using a pressure washer, do not exceed 1800psi with a 20-degree nozzle. 4. Do not use sharp object to scratch the surface. This can leave permanent scratch mark on the surface.
