2 The Neta No Break Guarantee Neta s garden watering products have been developed with the Australian gardener in mind and are guaranteed for Australian conditions. As a commitment of quality, Neta has introduced the No Break Guarantee. This guarantee is our pledge that if our products do not perform to expectations within the guarantee period stated on the packaging, Neta will happily replace the product. Neta No Break Guarantees are clearly identified on each product pack and range anywhere from 2 through to 30 years - depending on the individual product. Neta s plastic UV stabilised fittings come with a five year guarantee. Brass hose fittings and brass nozzels come with a 20 year guarantee and the Neta hose range guarantees varies between 6 to 30 years. 107 Watering gardens at the right time of day, early morning or evening, reduces water loss through evaporation. Blustery weather will also lead to water loss, so avoid windy conditions, or install a drip system. Controlling outdoor water usage can be easy by installing a manual or electronic tap timer, allowing you to control when and how much to water. Efficient Irrigation Tips for Water Efficient Irrigation Always overlap sprays & sprinklers spray patterns evenly to ensure consistent water coverage. Make sure that sprays, sprinklers & drippers do not water unnecessary areas including paths or building areas. Use a Neta mechanical or electronic tap timer to control the time and the amount of water used for a water efficient garden. Mulch garden beds and choose drippers to water the root zone directly and reduce water evaporation. Give lawns a good soaking two to three times per week, rather than a light daily watering. It is best to water at dusk or dawn to reduce water evaporation and maximise the amount of water that reaches the plants root zone. Don t mix drippers (suitable for low pressure) with sprinklers or sprays on the same line as they have different flow rates. Don t use too many drippers or sprays on one line as this will reduce performance. Ensure your water supply has enough capacity to support your sprays or drippers.
