Written reasons to follow. 2. Mistre-Tegegn Gebre Kidan (Report No. 6728) Applicant for a Vehicle-For-Hire Licence (Application No. B675673) Mistre-Tegegn Gebre Kidan's licence will be issued, subject to the following conditions: (2) Prior to the issuance of the licence, Mr. Mistre-Tegegn Gebre Kidan must pay any outstanding and overdue bylaw fines and provide proof of payment to Municipal Licensing and Standards; (3) Immediately upon being issued, the licence will be placed on probation for a period of four (4) years; (4) Prior to each of the next four(4) renewals of the licence, Mr. Mistre Tegegn Gebre Kidan must provide to Municipal Licensing and Standards, at his own expense, an original up-to-date abstract of his driving record;
2 has concerns with any new charges or convictions against Mr. Mistre- Tegegn Gebre Kidan, those matters and report No. 6728, and any updating material, may be brought back before the Tribunal for a full hearing. 3. Uzair Chaudhary (Report No. 6739) Applicant for a Vehicle-For-Hire Driver s Licence (Application No. B670821) Uzair Chaudhary's licence will be issued, subject to the following conditions: (1) Upon being issued, the licence will be placed on probation for a period of four (4) years to commence on ; (2) Prior to each of the next four (4) renewals of the licence, Mr. Chaudhary must provide to Municipal Licensing and Standards, at his own expense, original updated abstracts of his criminal record; (3) During the probationary period, if Municipal Licensing and Standards has concerns with any new charges or convictions, those matters and report No. 6739, and any updating material, shall be brought back before the Tribunal for a full hearing. 2
3 4. Temal Ryan Gilbert (Report No. 6729) Applicant for a Tow Truck Driver s Licence (Application No. B676429) The Tribunal adjourned this matter to May 18 th, 2017 due to lack of time. 5. Mudasar Ali Chandiwala (Report No. 6388) Holder of Taxicab Driver (Vehicle-for-Hire) Licence No. D Mudasar Ali Chandiwala taxicab driver (vehicle-for-hire) licence will be renewed, effective immediately, subject to the following conditions: licence may be cancelled; (2) The licence shall be immediately suspended for a period of five (5) days, to commence on ; and the licensee must surrender his taxicab driver's licence and photo card on that date; (3) Immediately upon being renewed, the licence will be placed on probation for a period of two (2) years to commence on ; (4) Prior to each of the next two (2) renewals of the licence, Mr. Chandiwala must provide to Municipal Licensing and Standards, at his own expense, an original up-to-date abstract of his driving record; has concerns with any new charges or convictions against Mr. Chandiwala, those matters and report No. 6388, and any updating material, may be brought back before the Tribunal for a full hearing. 3

Corneliu Bucur (Report No. 6775) Applicant for a Building Renovator Licence (Application No. B686559) Corneliu Bucur Building Renovator s Licence will be issued, effective immediately, subject to the following conditions: (2) Immediately upon being issued, the licence will be placed on probation for a period of two (2) years to commence on ; (3) Prior to each of the next two (2) renewals of the licence, Mr. Bucur must provide to Municipal Licensing and Standards, at his own expense, an original up-to-date abstract of his criminal record; (4) During the probationary period, if Municipal Licensing and Standards has concerns with any new charges or convictions against Mr. Bucur, those matters and report No. 6775, and any updating material, may be brought back before the Tribunal for a full hearing. 7. S.M. Mamun Talukder (Report No. 6750) Applicant for a Vehicle-for-Hire Driver s Licence (Application No. B679932) and; Applicant for the renewal of Limousine Owner s Licence No. V S.M. Mamun Talukder's vehicle-for-hire driver s licence will be issued, effective immediately; and the limousine owner s licence will be renewed, effective immediately, subject to the following conditions: 4
5 (2) Vehicle-for-hire driver s licence will be immediately suspended for a period of four (4) days, to commence on ; (3) Immediately upon being issued, the vehicle-for-hire driver s licence will be placed on probation for a period of two (2) years to commence on ; (4) Prior to each of the next two (2) renewals of the vehicle-for-hire driver s licence, Mr. Talukder must provide to Municipal Licensing and Standards, at his own expense, an original up-to-date abstract of his driving record; has concerns with any new charges or convictions against Mr. Talukder, those matters and report No. 6750, and any updating material, may be brought back before the Tribunal for a full hearing Ontario Inc. (Report No. 6771) o/a Sunny Convenience Zubayer Rifat, President Holder of Retail Store (Food) Licence No. B The Tribunal adjourned the matter sine die until the disposition of the criminal matter and approved the following Interim Condition to be placed on the retail store food licence: (1) Mr. Habibullah Prodhan may work at the convenience store, but shall have no contact with patrons/customers who enter the store, for purposes of making purchases or otherwise. 5
