Mead ORDINANCE OF THE CITY AND BOROUGH OF JUNEAU, ALASKA Serial No. 0- An Ordinance Amending the City and Borough Code Relating to Penalty Classifications and the Traffic and Animal Control Fine Schedules. BE IT ENACTED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE CITY AND BOROUGH OF JUNEAU, ALASKA: Section. Classification. This ordinance is of a general and permanent nature and shall become a part of the City and Borough of Juneau Municipal Code. Section. amended to read: Amendment to Section. () Except as provided in CBJ.0.00 and CBJ.0.0, a defendant convicted of a Class A misdemeanor may be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $,000.00, or a definite term of imprisonment of not more than one year, or both.
