1 ORDINANCE NO. 384 AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF HATCH, NEW MEXICO, AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE, UNIFORM TRAFFIC ORDINANCE ARTICLE VII SECTION PENALTIES WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Hatch wishes to amend Article VII Section Penalties (Exhibit A). This proposed ordinance is on file in its entirety in the Municipal Clerk s Office of the Village of Hatch located at 133 N. Franklin St., Hatch, New Mexico, and may be reviewed during normal office hours. This ordinance shall be published once and shall be in full force and effective five (5) days after publication.
