1 Page 1 New Deep Blue Downtown 350i (Euro 4Certified) Announcement The Downtown was first revealed back in 2014 at the EICMA motorcycle show in Milan where it caught the world s attention. It integrated three great elements: Sport, Touring, and Comfort. This year, KYMCO will reveal the Downtown 350i at the EICMA show in a new Deep Blue color and EURO 4 approved emission specifications. The new Deep Blue color gives the Downtown more of an urban luxury look that reinvigorates its original style. The Downtown 350i s powerful engine is ready anytime to turn urban touring into suburban exploring. The seats have been ergonomically designed for the rider s and passenger s comfort. The Downtown comes with a large under seat storage space that can fit two fullface helmets. This makes long distance journeys more convenient. A larger fuel tank is a feature that can relieve stress on the road. Another great feature is the large windshield that creates a smooth airflow and makes high speed riding more pleasant. The Deep Blue color creates elegance; the concept delivers an urban style ride that lets drivers express their personal tastes.

2 Page 2 Sport Touring Reinvented The Downtown, first announced in 2009, was an immediate top seller and over 100,000 of them have already been sold in over 40 countries. Given its popularity, KYMCO has now revolutionized the Downtown and is happy to announce a second edition of this masterpiece.

This extra power was implemented with the environment in mind. KYMCO was the first to comply with Euro 3's pollution emissions regulations and this edition of the Downtown passes Euro 4 emissions testing on this edition of the Downtown. 19 Page 19 Project Downtown Over the past few years, KYMCO has been developing and improving its technological skills by collaborating with the European motorcycle industry. At the same time, KYMCO has worked with several custom parts manufacturers and related groups such as Oral Engineering. KYMCO and Oral Engineering established a KYMCO Oral Racing Team for Moto3 and won third place in the last race. KYMCO has also collaborated with custom parts manufacturer, Malossi, and plans to release a series of custom parts for the Downtown scooter and has named it Project Downtown. Malossi values this first partnership with KYMCO and has released a special custom made pulley pack, a large spring clutch, a transmission, and the Malossi RS24 rear dual suspension. After testing all the custom parts made by Malossi, the potential success of Project Downtown has been shown. The news of this high quality custom parts production has been reported by the Taiwanese media, but the actual products have remained out of the news. This year at the EICMA motorcycle show, the results of Project Downtown will be shown in public for the first time. KYMCO Oral s Racing Bike will also be on display at the KYMCO show booth. In the future, KYMCO will continue to collaborate with other European motorcycle firms just like it has done with Oral Engineering and Malossi.
