4 Automobile CA CAMS CM Competitor Control Component Definitions & Abbreviations An eligible vehicle that is log booked for competition by CAMS and is registered for competition with the CM in association with the 2018 Toyota 86 Racing Series Commercial Agreement. The Category Administrator of the Series as appointed by the CM. The Confederation of Australian Motor Sport Ltd, the Board of the Confederation of Australian Motor Sport Ltd (the Board of CAMS) and any other person, commission, committee or body within the Confederation of Australian Motor Sport Ltd which holds an authorised delegation of power from the Board of CAMS. CAMS is the ASN for Australia and its territories. The Category Manager of the Series as appointed by CAMS. A person or body who holds a valid CAMS Competitor s licence and has entered a competition. Formerly referred to as the Entrant. A component that is specified for use in the Series and supplied by a Control Component Supplier as detailed in the CAMS Recognition Documents. The fitment and/or use of each Control Component is mandatory. Control Component Supplier The manufacturer and/or supplier of a Control Component as nominated by the CM. The Series Investigating and Prosecuting Officer as appointed by CAMS. The minimum weight of an Automobile during or immediately after a competition including the Driver wearing all normal racing apparel including helmet. No materials, liquid or otherwise, may be added prior to weighing. National Competition Rule as promulgated by CAMS. A new tyre as manufactured by Dunlop and as supplied by the approved tyre supplier, that has not been previously used or modified in any way. The organiser of the Event as detailed in the Supplementary and/or Further Supplementary Regulations for the Event. A defined area as determined by the Chief Scrutineer of the Event, where each Automobile can be inspected by the TD or their nominee after qualifying and/or a race. The area within the perimeter of the Event venue. A tyre that has been officially marked/approved by the TD or their nominee for use on an Automobile with the corresponding competition number, at an Event. A tyre that has a tread depth of less than 6mm measured in the middle of the tread face. The Series Race Director as appointed by CAMS. A series of documents consisting of the CAMS Toyota 86 Racing Series Recognition document No , CAMS Variant Option document and any Technical Service Bulletins as promulgated by CAMS, which detail the technical specifications of each eligible Automobile. 6 2018 Toyota 86 Racing Series Sporting Regulations S1 TITLE and JURISDICTION S1.1 Title This Series shall only be known as and referred to as the Toyota 86 Racing Series. S1.2 Authority/Jurisdiction Each event in the 2018 Toyota 86 Racing Series (Series) shall be conducted under the provisions of the FIA International Sporting Code including Appendices; the National Competition Rules (NCR) and Race Meeting Standing Regulations (RMSR) of the Confederation of Australian Motor Sport Ltd (CAMS); the Sporting and Technical Regulations issued for this Series by CAMS; Supplementary and Further Regulations issued by the Organiser at each Event; Bulletins issued by the Stewards and any Driver Briefing Notes and instructions issued by the Race Director or the Clerk of the Course at an Event. This Series has been sanctioned by CAMS as an Authorised Series. Toyota Motor Corporation Australia Ltd (TMCA) has been appointed as the CM by CAMS for this Series. 7 The CM reserves the right to prohibit any Competitor from competing in any Event in accordance with Regulation S18.2. S4 DRIVER ELIGIBILITY To be eligible to compete in the Series, each Driver must be a minimum of 15 years of age and hold a current CAMS Provisional Circuit Licence (PC) or higher. NOTE: To be eligible to compete at Mount Panorama, Bathurst, each Driver must be a minimum of 16 years of age and hold a current CAMS National Circuit Licence (NC) or higher. The CM reserves the right to prohibit any Driver from competing in any Event in accordance with Regulation S18.2. S4.1 Substitute Drivers Prior to the commencement of the first qualifying session at each Event, a Competitor may nominate a substitute Driver who may be permitted to compete in the remainder of the Event subject to Regulation S4 and the approval of the Stewards and the CA. S4.2 Guest Drivers The CM reserves the right to permit up to three (3) Guest Drivers to compete at each Event. A Guest Driver is eligible to receive any trophy awarded for an individual race. A Guest Driver is not eligible to receive Series awards and/or prize money. S5 AUTOMOBILE ELIGIBILITY To be eligible to compete in the Series, each Automobile must be registered with the CA and comply with these regulations and the CAMS Recognition Documents. S5.1 Replacement Automobiles Following the commencement of the first practice session of each Event, any Automobile that has been entered to compete at that Event, may not be replaced with another Automobile unless otherwise approved by the CA and the Stewards. Such approval shall only be granted in exceptional circumstances. S6 SERIES REGISTRATION and EVENT ENTRY The Series shall operate under the CAMS Series Registration and Event Entry process. S6.1 Acceptance of Registration for the Series Series Registration Forms shall be available from the CA with document checking being conducted by the CA prior to the first official track session at each Event. A Competitor shall only be considered as being registered to compete in the Series once in receipt of written notification from the CA. S6.2 Acceptance of Entry for an Event The CA shall accept entries for each Event on an Event-by-Event basis in accordance with the table below. The maximum number of entries for each Event shall be determined by the track density for each circuit as determined by CAMS, and the associated paddock density as determined by Supercars Australia. 8 (f) A Competitor shall only be considered as being entered for an Event, once in receipt of written notification from the CA. In the event of over-subscription, entry acceptance preference will be given to Guest Drivers followed by Drivers in Series standing order. The CM reserves the right to reject any entry over and above the prescribed grid density. In this case, the applicable Competition Fee shall be refunded. In the event that a Competitor withdraws from an event, which must be received in writing to the CM, after the entry closing date, in accordance with the event Supplementary Regulations, the entry fee will not be refunded. S7 S8 SERIES EVENTS The Series shall be conducted over six (6) Events as detailed in the Series Calendar below. Each race conducted as a part of the Series shall count in determining the final Series standings. SERIES CALENDAR The Series shall be conducted over the following Events: Race Date Event Venue 1, 2 & 3 April WD-40 Phillip Island 500 Phillip Island Circuit, VIC 4, 5 & 6 July 6-8 Watpac Townsville 400 Reid Park, QLD 7, 8 & 9 August The Bend SuperSprint The Bend Motorsport Park, SA 10, 11 & 12 September Sandown 500 Sandown Raceway, VIC 13, 14 & 15 October 4-7 Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000 Mount Panorama, NSW 16, 17 & 18 November Coates Hire Newcastle 500 Newcastle Street Circuit, NSW S9 EVENT FORMAT The number, length and format of track sessions shall ultimately be negotiated between the CA and the event Organiser prior to an Event and shall be advised in the relevant Supplementary/Further Supplementary Regulations issued for an Event. Generally, the format for each Event shall be as follows: (ii) (iii) (iv) (v) Practice 1 & 2 - A twenty (20) minute session. Qualifying - A fifteen (15) minute session. Race 1 - A twenty (20) minute race (expressed as a number of laps). Race 2 - A twenty-five (25) minute race (expressed as a number of laps). Race 3 - A twenty (20) minute race (expressed as a number of laps). S9.1 Variations to the Event Schedule With the prior approval of the Stewards, in exceptional circumstances, the Organiser reserves the right to amend the event schedule, including extending a session to ensure the full amount of scheduled track time is achieved. S10 GRID DETERMINATION The grid for each race shall be determined in accordance with the RMSR Progressive Grid. S10.1 Driver Qualification Any Driver whose best lap time achieved in a qualifying session exceeds 107% of the fastest lap time achieved in the relevant session, shall not be permitted to further compete at that Event unless otherwise approved by the Stewards. Such approval shall only be granted in exceptional circumstances. S11 START PROCEDURE The start procedure for each race shall be in accordance with the RMSR Non-Championship Start Standing Copyright Confederation of Australian Motor Sport Ltd Page 8 of 25

S12 AWARDS and POINT SCORE S12.1 Prizes and Trophies Prizes, trophies and awards shall be as determined by the CM in accordance with the 2018 Toyota 86 Racing Series Commercial Agreement as published by the CM. To be eligible to receive a prize, trophy and/or an award, each recipient must attend the prize giving ceremony and/or associated events as directed by the CM in accordance with the 2018 Toyota 86 Racing Series Commercial Agreement as published by the CM. Any race which is stopped (red flagged) and not restarted, and during which less than 50% of the scheduled race distance has been completed by the leader, shall be deemed a non-race in respect of Series points and no points shall be awarded. Any race which is stopped (red flagged) and not restarted, during which 50% 75% of the scheduled race distance has been completed by the leader, shall be deemed to have been completed in respect of Series points but only 50% Series points shall be awarded. Any race which is stopped (red flagged) and not restarted, during which 75% or more of the scheduled race distance has been completed by the leader, shall be deemed to have finished and a full allotment of Series points shall be awarded. NOTE: For the avoidance of doubt, any race that is scheduled with a time certain finish and finishes (is chequered flagged) at approximately the scheduled finish time, a full allotment of Series points shall be awarded, irrespective of the number of laps completed by the leader. (f) The Driver gaining the highest points total over the six (6) Events, shall be declared the winner of the 2018 Toyota 86 Racing Series. (g) In the event of a tie at the end of the Series, final positions shall be determined by comparing the race results achieved by each tied Driver, with the Driver with the highest number of first places being awarded the higher Series position. If at this stage a tie still exists, it shall be resolved by comparing the number of second, third or fourth places (and so on) achieved by each tied Driver until all positions have been determined. 10 S13.1 Driver Briefings Each Driver must attend the compulsory Driver briefing conducted by CAMS at each Event (normally Friday morning). The time and location of this briefing shall be detailed in the Supplementary or Further Supplementary Regulations for the Event. The attendance sheet must be signed by the Driver to confirm attendance. Other compulsory briefings may be convened as required and shall be advised to each Competitor accordingly. S13.2 Team Manager Briefings Each Team Manager (as nominated on the CAMS Series Registration Form) must attend the compulsory Team Manager briefing conducted by the CA at each Event (normally Thursday afternoon). The time and location of this briefing shall be detailed in the Pre-event Guide as published by the CA. The attendance sheet must be signed by the Team Manager to confirm attendance. Other compulsory briefings may be convened as required and shall be advised to each Competitor accordingly. S13.3 Parc Fermé The location of Parc Fermé for each Event shall be advised during the Team Manager briefing. Unless otherwise approved by the TD, each Driver may consume a maximum of one (1) litre of fluid after each session whilst in Parc Fermé. Unless otherwise approved by the TD, with exception of the team member specified in Regulation S13.3, no unauthorised person is permitted to enter Parc Fermé and/or touch an Automobile that is impounded in Parc Fermé, until such time as the Automobile is released from Parc Fermé in accordance with Regulation S13.3. One (1) team member per Automobile may enter Parc Fermé for the sole purpose of checking tyre pressures. Once the approved team member has finished checking tyre pressures, they must leave Parc Fermé immediately. An Automobile (or any component thereof) and/or Driver may not leave Parc Fermé without the approval of the TD or their nominee or the Chief Scrutineer. S13.4 Driver/Competitor Departure from the Precinct For judicial purposes, each Driver and Competitor must remain at the Precinct following the conclusion of any ontrack session until officially released by the IPO or the CA. S13.5 Practice The order in which Automobiles are assembled in the marshalling area prior to the commencement of each practice session shall be determined by a random draw conducted by the CA. S13.6 Qualifying (f) With exception of the first Event of the Series, Automobiles shall be assembled in the marshalling area prior to each qualifying session in Series standing order. The order in which Automobiles are assembled in the marshalling area prior to qualifying at the first Event of the Series, shall be determined by a random draw as conducted by the CA. During a qualifying session, unless re-joining the circuit, an Automobile may not exit Pit Lane without the prior approval of the TD. Any Automobile that breaches Regulation S13.6, shall not be permitted to re-join that session and shall be excluded from the results of that session. Any Driver that causes a red flag during a qualifying session shall have their fastest lap time for that session excluded. With exception of checking tyre pressures and/or adjusting shock absorbers, no work may be carried out on an Automobile during a qualifying session, unless otherwise approved by the TD or their nominee. 11 (g) Unless otherwise advised by the RD via the RMC, at the conclusion of qualifying, each Automobile and Driver, including any Automobile/Driver that completed the session in Pit Lane or any Automobile/Driver that enters Pit Lane whilst the Chequered Flag is being displayed, must proceed directly to Parc Fermé via the most direct route (or as directed by an Official) without returning to pit or paddock areas and without interference from any third party (other than an Official). S13.7 Races Unless otherwise advised by the RD via the RMC, at the conclusion of each race, each Automobile and Driver, including any Automobile/Driver that completed the session in Pit Lane or any Automobile/Driver that enters Pit Lane whilst the Chequered Flag is being displayed, must proceed directly to Parc Ferme via the most direct route (or as directed by an Official) without returning to pit or paddock areas and without interference from any third party (other than an Official). S13.8 Pit Lane Prior to entering Pit Lane for the first session at each Event, a maximum of two (2) crew members must sign a Pit Lane Indemnity Form and correctly display identification as and if required by the Organiser. Each Driver may only stop/pit in their designated pit bay in accordance with the pit bay allocation as published by the CA prior to each Event. During each practice session and qualifying, each Automobile must park nose in on a forty-five (45) degree angle in their designated pit bay when in Pit Lane. During each race, each Automobile must park parallel to Pit Lane in their designated pit bay when in Pit Lane. In the event of a session being stopped (red flagged), unless advised otherwise by the RD via the RMC, each Automobile must proceed directly to Pit Lane and park nose in on a forty-five (45) degree angle in their designated pit bay until advised otherwise by the RD via the RMC. S13.9 Removal of Automobiles from the Precinct Following the commencement of the first qualifying session, an Automobile may not be removed from the Precinct prior to the release of all Automobiles from Parc Fermé following the final race of each Event without the prior approval of the TD. S13.10 Radio Communication to/from Automobile At least one (1) team member for each competing Automobile must be in direct radio communication with the Driver at all times whilst the Driver is in the Automobile. During each on-track session, this team member must be located in the vicinity of the Drivers designated Pit Bay in Pit Lane. Prior to the commencement of the Series, each Competitor must provide the CA with the each of their Automobile s radio frequency. Direct communication between competing Automobiles is strictly prohibited. S13.11 Race Management Channel (RMC) A minimum of one (1) senior team member for each Automobile must monitor RMC at all times from thirty (30) minutes prior to the scheduled start of each on-track session through until thirty (30) minutes after the completion of each on-track session. The person monitoring the RMC must be located in the vicinity of the Automobile s designated Pit Bay in Pit Lane during all on-track sessions. Details of the RMC frequency shall be published by the CA in the Pre-event Guide prior to each Event. S13.12Lap Triggers The use of individual lap trigger beacons is prohibited. S14 TYRES S14.1 General Copyright Confederation of Australian Motor Sport Ltd Page 11 of 25

12 (f) (g) (h) Each New Tyre must be purchased from the nominated tyre supplier (as nominated by the CA) and delivered to the Competitor and fitted by the nominated tyre supplier at the Event at which the tyres are to be used. Each New Tyre shall only be allocated to a single Automobile, identified by its chassis/vin number. Unless otherwise approved by the TD, a tyre may not be transferred/fitted to another Automobile. The removal of tyre build up from any tyre by any means other than driving the Automobile, is prohibited. The use of any tyre heating, heat retention device or chemical treatment is prohibited. At all times the tyre tread depth must not be less than 2mm at any point on a tyre, except on the shoulder of a tyre where there is no measurable tread depth. The TD reserves the right to impound any tyre between sessions. Unless otherwise approved by the TD, once qualifying has commenced, a tyre may not be removed from or rotated on the wheel rim which it has been fitted to, until after the completion of the Event. The TD shall be the sole arbiter with regard to the interpretation and application of all tyre regulations and any decision made by the TD in this regard shall not be the subject of any protest or appeal. S14.2 Tyre Allocation/Marking At each Event, each Competitor shall have four (4) New Tyres per Automobile marked by the TD or their nominee for use in qualifying and races at that Event. Should one or more of the four (4) New Tyres detailed in Regulation S14.2 become damaged rendering it unusable (in the sole opinion of the TD), the damaged tyre/s may be replaced by a New Tyre/s subject to the approval of the TD. In the event that a tyre is replaced in accordance with Regulation S14.2: (ii) (iii) (iii) S14.3 Practice Tyres The replacement New Tyre/s must be purchased from and fitted by the nominated tyre supplier for the event; The replacement New Tyre/s must be marked by the TD or their nominee prior to being fitted to the Automobile; The Driver must start the next race from the rear of the grid; The TD reserves the right to impound the damaged tyre(s) for the remainder of the Event. For the first Event in which a Competitor/Automobile competes, the Automobile shall be fitted with Previously Used Tyres irrespective of whether or not the tyres are previously marked. For each subsequent Event in which a Competitor/Automobile competes, the Automobile must be fitted with Previously Used and Previously Marked Tyres from the preceding Event. For the first Event in which a Competitor/Automobile competes, the Automobile may be fitted with Dunlop Direzza ZII 86 spec tyres that comply with Regulation S14.3. In the event that a Competitor/Automobile does not have a sufficient number of eligible tyres to use for practice, the TD reserves the right to approve the use of a substitute tyre/s. S15 FUEL and REFUELLING S15.1 Fuel At each Event, each Competitor must only use the specified control fuel as supplied by the official fuel supplier. 13 Fuel may only be stored and dispensed from the approved container/s as supplied by the official fuel supplier as detailed in Appendix 2. The transportation of fuel to and from each Event (other than fuel in the fuel tank of the Automobile) is strictly prohibited. Each Automobile is required to arrive at each Event with minimal fuel in the fuel tank system for garage manoeuvring purposes only. It is the Competitor s responsibility to ensure that a minimum of five hundred (500) millilitres of fuel is in the fuel tank system of the Automobile at the completion of each session for the purpose of fuel sampling by the TD. S15.2 Refuelling When refuelling an Automobile, it is the Competitor s responsibility to ensure that: (ii) (iii) S16 AUTOMOBILE MARKINGS S16.1 General All personnel within one (1) metre of the Automobile are correctly attired in accordance with Schedule D (Apparel), Article 4.6 of the CAMS Manual. At least one (1) crew member is designated as a fire marshal and is in possession of a 4.5kg (or larger) dry powder fire extinguisher. The designated fire marshal does not perform any other role or duty during the refuelling procedure. In addition to the requirements detailed below and Appendix 1, each Automobile must comply with Schedule K (Marking on Automobiles) of the CAMS Manual. S16.2 Competition Numbers The allocation of a Competition Number for each Automobile is solely the responsibility of the CA. Unless otherwise approved by the CA, once a Competition Number has been allocated to an Automobile, that Competition Number must remain with that Automobile for the entire Series. S16.3 In-Car Signage Any signage placed on/in an Automobile in the direct view of the Event Broadcaster s on-board camera, is not permitted without the prior approval of the CA. Individual Competitor signage is not permitted to be displayed inside the Automobile. S16.4 Series Signage Each Automobile must display the Series Sponsor decals as supplied by the CA and detailed in the table below in accordance with Appendix 1. A Competitor may not display the signage of an Automobile manufacturer other than TOYOTA on an Automobile without the prior written approval of the CM. Only sponsorship material approved by the CM, including, but not limited to, signage, Automobile decals and uniforms, may be displayed by a Competitor. The CM shall be the sole arbiter with regard to the interpretation and application of all Series Signage regulations and any decision made by the CM in this regard shall not be the subject of any protest or appeal. S18 JUDICIAL S18.1 In-car Camera (f) (g) (h) (j) (k) It is the Competitor s responsibility to ensure the Automobile is fitted with a judicial in-car camera unit in accordance with Regulation T3.5. The judicial in-car camera unit must be switched on and remain fully operational and record video images from the commencement of each on-track session, until the Automobile is released from Parc Fermé. The judicial in-car camera unit must be installed in accordance with the Toyota 86 Racing Series Technical Regulations and adjusted in such a way to at all times provide clear unobstructed video images of the Driver s view of the race track ahead as depicted in Appendix 3 or as directed by the CA. It is the Competitor s responsibility to supply six (6) 16GB or greater micro SD cards at each Event, clearly labelled with their Automobiles competition number. Unless otherwise approved by the IPO or CA, only the DSA or their nominee may remove the judicial in-car camera unit from the Automobile or SD card from the judicial in-car camera unit. Unless otherwise approved in writing by the IPO, the data stored on each SD card may not be deleted/cleared until after the completion of each Event. Access to the judicial in-car camera unit must be provided to the CA, IPO, TD or TM at any time upon request. The video images recorded by the judicial in-car camera unit may not be used for any purpose, other than that determined by the IPO, without the prior written approval of the CA. Once the IPO or DSA release the SD cards back to the Competitors, a Competitor may access the video images recorded by the camera, however the footage is strictly for private internal Team purposes ; that is, it cannot be sold, licensed, broadcast, published, commercially exploited or otherwise publicly displayed or distributed, including in any case via the internet. At all times the images recorded remain the property of the CM. In addition to the judicial in-car camera unit, the CA reserves the right for the TV production company to install in-car/on-board cameras to any Automobile and position signage within view of the camera. Unless otherwise approved in writing by the CA, the fitment and/or use of any other camera unit or recording device in or on an Automobile is prohibited. 15 Each Competitor and Driver shall commence the Series with six (6) demerit points under the Demerit Point System. As a result, should the behaviour of a Competitor, Driver or an associated team member be deemed to be unacceptable, the Competitor shall be referred to the Stewards. Should a Competitor be found guilty of a behavioural breach, in addition to the standard array of penalties, the Stewards shall impose a demerit point penalty in accordance with the table above. Once a Competitor/Driver loses a total of six (6) or more demerit points during the Series, the Competitor/Driver shall be prohibited from entering/participating in any future events in the Series and shall only be eligible to re-enter the Series once they have met the requirements for re-entry, as determined by the CA. The CM reserves the right to prohibit any Competitor/Driver from re-entering the Series. (g) At all times, all Competitors, Drivers and associated team members are required to abide by the 2018 Toyota 86 Racing Series Commercial Agreement, and Social Media Guidelines/Policy as published by the CM and CAMS. 19 2018 Toyota 86 Racing Series Technical Regulations T1 T2 GENERAL In addition to these Regulations and the CAMS Recognition Documents, each Automobile must comply with the General Requirements of Automobiles as detailed in the CAMS Manual. If at any time the documents conflict, these regulations shall take precedence. The CM reserves the right to make changes to these regulations at any time, subject to the prior approval of CAMS. In the event of any dispute, parts or specifications of the Automobile in question shall be compared against parts and/or specifications supplied by TMCA. TMCA and the CA reserves the right to update part numbers from time to time as required. ELIGIBILITY T2.1 Homologation Requirements (f) With exception of those components that are permitted to be replaced, removed or modified in accordance with these regulations and/or the CAMS Recognition Documents, each Automobile and its components must remain Standard and respect the form and function of the production model on which the eligible Automobile is based. Unless otherwise permitted in these regulations and/or the CAMS Recognition Documents, each homologated component must be fitted and function in accordance with the component manufacturer s specifications and recommendations. Any aspect relating to the construction, modification and/or preparation of an Automobile that is not specifically authorised in these regulations and/or the CAMS Recognition Documents, is prohibited. At the request of the TD in conjunction with the Chief Scrutineer, the Stewards may approve an Automobile for a minor ineligibility in accordance with NCR 158(iv). In the event a minor ineligibility is approved in accordance with Regulation T2.1, as a result of post qualifying/race scrutiny, the IPO reserves the right to recommend to the Stewards that a penalty is applied. Any measurement tool and the method of measurement used by the TD or their nominee shall be considered to be the official measurement tool/method and shall not be the subject of any protest or appeal. T2.2 Eligible Automobiles Only the following Automobiles, imported into Australia by TMCA with Australian compliance and built in accordance with the CAMS Recognition Documents to the satisfaction of the TD, are eligible to compete in the Series: (ii) Toyota 86 GT (86 ZN6 SER - model designation AK, BK, CK or DK) Toyota 86 GTS (86 ZN6 SER - model designation AK, BK, CK or DK) NOTE: For the avoidance of doubt, later model variants and/or components from later model variants may not be used. The presentation of an Automobile for participation in any Event shall be deemed to be an implicit statement by the Competitor of conformity with respect to the eligibility of the Automobile. The TD reserves the right to seal any component, part or Automobile for future examination at a later date and time in accordance with NCR 158. All costs associated with the examination shall be borne by the Competitor. T2.3 Scrutiny Scrutiny at each Event shall be conducted in accordance with the CAMS Targeted Scrutiny System Toyota 86 Racing Series - Sporting and Technical Regulations Draft 1 Copyright Confederation of Australian Motor Sport Ltd Page 19 of 25

20 It is the Competitor s responsibility to present their Automobile for scrutiny at the appropriate times, in a complete and finished state, in ready to race condition, including all markings and seals in accordance with these regulations and the CAMS Recognition Documents. T2.4 Control Components Unless stated otherwise in these regulations, a Control Component must only be purchased from and supplied by the Control Component Supplier as detailed in the CAMS Recognition Documents. With the exception of brake calipers, each Control Component must only be adjusted, serviced and/or rebuilt by the Control Component Supplier. T2.5 Component Seals (f) It is the Competitor s responsibility to ensure that each component that is required to be sealed, is done so by the correct authority prior to or during the first Event in which the Automobile competes, in accordance with the relevant CAMS Recognition Documents. To facilitate the fitment of component seals, prior to presenting the components for sealing, it is the Competitor s responsibility to ensure that the appropriate holes have been drilled into relevant components in accordance with the CAMS Recognition Documents. Each sealed component must remain sealed for the duration of the Series, unless otherwise approved in writing by the TD or TM. Unless otherwise approved in writing by the TD or TM, a component seal must only be removed by the TD, the TM, or the relevant Control Component Supplier, as detailed in the CAMS Recognition Documents. In the event that written approval is given for a seal to be removed by someone other than those nominated in Regulation T2.5, the component must only be re-sealed by the TD or their nominee. In the event that an Automobile is found not to have a seal fitted in accordance with the CAMS Recognition Documents, or the seal is deemed to be incorrect and/or has been tampered with, the Competitor of the Automobile shall be referred to the Stewards. T2.6 Minimum Racing Weight (f) (g) At all times, each Automobile and Driver must achieve a Minimum Racing Weight of 1280kg. Ballast may be affixed to the Automobile to achieve the minimum Driver weight of 85kg. A maximum of 15kg of ballast may be affixed to the Automobile to achieve the minimum Automobile weight in accordance with the CAMS Recognition Documents. All ballast must be securely affixed to the ballast mounting plate fixing points located in the front passenger seat position in accordance with the CAMS Recognition Documents. Fuel may not be used as a form of ballast. It is the Competitor s responsibility to make provision for any ballast to be sealed by the TD. Only ballast supplied by the TM may be affixed to an Automobile as detailed in the CAMS Recognition Documents. T3 COCKPIT Only the following items may be removed from the cockpit of an Automobile, all other items/components in the cockpit must remain Standard and respect the original function: (ii) (iii) (iv) (v) (vi) Roof lining; Front & rear interior trim; Floor carpet and associated underfelt; Front passenger seat; Rear seats, and; Radio. Only the minimum amount of material may be removed from the dashboard and door trim to facilitate the fitment of the safety cage. Copyright Confederation of Australian Motor Sport Ltd Page 20 of 25

21 In the event that the radio is removed, it must be replaced by a flat panel blanking plate in accordance with the CAMS Recognition Documents. A replacement steering wheel and steering wheel boss may be fitted to an Automobile, provided the location of the steering angle sensors and their operation are retained. Only the following components may be added to the cockpit of an Automobile provided the component does not hinder the Driver s visibility or ability to exit the cockpit and the method of mounting is able to withstand a deceleration of 25g in any direction: (ii) (iii) (iv) (v) Safety equipment and structures; Authorised Driver comfort aids; MoTeC C125 Race Logging Kit; Judicial in-car camera/s and associated equipment; In-car camera/s and associated equipment as supplied and fitted by the Event Broadcaster. T3.1 Safety Cage No alterations or additions may be made to the safety cage design as supplied by the Control Component Supplier and detailed in the CAMS Recognition Documents. It is the Competitor s responsibility to advise the TM if a safety cage is damaged, or if an Automobile requires re-shelling prior to any work commencing. A safety cage may only be installed in to an Automobile by an authorised installer as determined by the TM. A list of authorised installers is available from the TM. T3.2 Driver s Seat The Driver s seat must be replaced with a FIA homologated head restraint seat that as a minimum complies with the FIA 8855/1999 standard. When installing a replacement seat that complies with the FIA 8862/2009 standard, only the homologated seat mounting brackets for that particular seat may be used. Only the original mounting holes may be used for the fitment of the replacement seat and no additional modifications may be made to the floor of an Automobile to facilitate the fitment. T3.3 Safety Harness The Driver s seat belt must be replaced with either a 5 point or 6 point safety harness that complies with the FIA 8853/98 or FIA standard, in compliance with Schedule I of the CAMS Manual that is suitable for use with a Frontal Head Restraint. T3.4 Driver Comfort Aids A drink bottle may be fitted to an Automobile for the sole purpose of Driver hydration provided that: (ii) (iii) (iv) The drink bottle and associated plumbing is located wholly within the cockpit of the Automobile; The total volume of the drink bottle and associated plumbing does not exceed two (2) litres; The drink bottle is of proprietary manufacture; and The drink bottle is securely mounted behind the Driver s seat to the satisfaction of the TD. In the event that the published ambient temperature of the day at 8am as advised by the Bureau of Meteorology (including its international affiliates) is forecast to be above 32.9ºC for the nearest city or town to the circuit, a cooling system may be fitted to an Automobile for the sole purpose of Driver comfort, subject to the approval of the TD. T3.5 Judicial In-Car Camera Each Automobile must be fitted with a GoPro Hero in-car camera unit as approved by the CA. The judicial in-car camera must be securely mounted in the cockpit of the Automobile using the GoPro roll bar mount in accordance with the CAMS Recognition Documents and the satisfaction of the TD and Chief Scrutineer. 22 The judicial in-car camera system must be installed in accordance with all instructions provided by the TM, remain as supplied by the manufacturer and must not be modified in any way. T3.6 Timing Transmitter Each Automobile must be fitted with a Dorian Micro DATA-1 series timing transmitter in the location specified in the CAMS Recognition Documents. T4 T5 COACHWORK (f) (g) (h) ENGINE The windscreen must be of laminated glass construction. Additional fixings may be added to non-metallic bodywork for the sole purpose of securing a component to the Automobile, subject the satisfaction of the TD. Any removable component which sole purpose is to support and/or facilitate the removal of the spare wheel, may be removed. Any fog lamp in the front bumper cover may be removed and replaced with a blanking cover as detailed in the CAMS Recognition Documents. Each front inner plastic wheel arch guard may be removed. The rear boot spoiler must be fitted in accordance with the CAMS Recognition Documents. Any ventilation duct must not be covered or obstructed in any way. Window glass must not be tinted. The Standard plastic underbody brake line shield must be removed and replaced with an aluminium plate in accordance with the CAMS Recognition Documents. T5.1 General Sound deadening material located under the bonnet may be removed. The air conditioning condenser and its associated hoses may be removed. Any other air conditioning component, including the air conditioning pump and the driving belt, must be retained. The throttle pedal stop must be replaced in accordance with the CAMS Recognition Documents. The oil sump pan must be fitted with a baffle insert in accordance with the CAMS Recognition Documents. T5.2 Cooling System A protective screen mounted in front of the radiator may be fitted, subject to the satisfaction of the TD and TM. T6 SUSPENSION Any suspension component must only be adjusted within the permissible tolerances provided. The TD reserves the right to impound any suspension component from an Automobile at any time and replace it with a component that is supplied by the CM. T6.1 Ride Height Each Automobile must comply with the following minimum ride height as measured in accordance with the CAMS Recognition Documents: (ii) Front - 140mm Rear - 280mm Ride height shall be measured by the TD or their nominee with the fully attired Driver seated in the Driver s seat and each tyre set to a pressure of 26 psi as measured by the nominated official tyre pressure gauge. T6.2 Camber Each Automobile must comply with the following maximum wheel camber: (ii) Front - negative 4.0 degrees Rear - negative 2.5 degrees Copyright Confederation of Australian Motor Sport Ltd Page 22 of 25

23 Camber shall be measured by the TD or their nominee using the nominated official camber gauge, with the fully attired Driver seated in the Driver s seat and each tyre set to a pressure of 26 psi as measured by the nominated official tyre pressure gauge. T7 ELECTRICAL T7.1 Telemetry The use of any form of telemetry or the transmission of any data to or from the Automobile, is prohibited unless otherwise approved in writing by the CA. T7.2 Electronic Engine Control Unit (ECU) (f) T7.3 Data (f) (g) (h) The Standard ECU shall be replaced by a MoTeC M150 ECU containing the control software and firmware as owned and installed by the CM. With exception of any software and firmware owned by the CM, the ECU, the wiring loom adaptor and any other associated wiring must remain Standard unless otherwise approved in writing by the TD or TM. All sensor inputs and outputs to the ECU must be connected and operational at all times. Ownership of all software and firmware (i.e. engine maps and other programs) contained in the ECU remains that of the CM, and subsequently must only be accessed or modified by the TM or their nominee. It is the Competitor s responsibility to ensure the Standard ECU belonging to the Automobile is present at each Event to facilitate the calibration of the steering angle re-alignment if required. The TM shall be responsible for any calibration which may be required. The TD reserves the right to inspect, re-program and/or impound any ECU at any time. In the event an ECU is impounded, it shall be replaced with an ECU that is supplied by the CM. Each Automobile must be fitted with a MoTeC C125 Race Logging Kit utilising the Standard OBDII connection and loaded with the latest version of firmware. Unless otherwise approved in writing by the TM, only the following data storage devices may be used: (ii) (iii) The ECU in accordance with Regulation T7.2; The judicial in-car camera in accordance with Regulation T3.5; and One (1) MoTeC C125 Race Logging Kit. All data storage devices must be installed in accordance with the instructions provided by the TM, must remain as supplied by the manufacturer and must not be modified in any way. It is the Competitor s responsibility to ensure that the MoTeC C125 Race Logging Kit is operational and logs all mandatory data for the duration of all on-track sessions at or above the minimum specified frequency in accordance with Regulation T7.3. Any error, action, omission or failure which causes a loss of any mandatory data, incomplete mandatory data, inaccurate mandatory data or any mandatory data which appears to have been tampered with, shall be investigated by the IPO and may be deemed as a breach of these regulations. Prior to the first practice session at each Event, it is the Competitor s responsibility to ensure that the GPS track coordinates as produced by MoTeC are obtained and loaded into the MoTeC C125 Race Logging Kit. At the completion of each session it is the Competitor s responsibility to retrieve all data from the MoTeC C125 Race Logging Kit and the ECU and upload that data onto the USB storage device as supplied by the CM. It is the Competitor s responsibility to deliver the USB storage device to the TM within two (2) hours of the completion of the final practice, qualifying or race each day. With exception of the channels contained in the Data Set transmitted to the MoTeC C125 Race Logging Kit by the ECU, only those inputs listed below are permitted to be connected to the MoTeC C125 Race Logging Kit and shall be connected to the listed input location and logged at the specified sample rate: Copyright Confederation of Australian Motor Sport Ltd Page 23 of 25
