10 Soft seating Soft seating For most of our 28 years we have been best known for the swivel chairs we make, but throughout our history we have provided the classic range of modular seats and accompanying tables (aka Reflex R/RX series) as well as settees and tub chairs. As the open areas in offices have become more flexible and less definable spaces, so our seating has had to adapt to the uses you demand of it. Pouffes have made way for cubes and wedges and ellipses and cylinders and ever more interesting designs and layouts. We have a number of standard formats and styles, but we are able to manufacture to your own special requirements. 22 General information delivery charges Customers of Albion Chairs are entitled to one free delivery per week to a ground floor receiving area at a pre-agreed warehouse type location in England. Additional deliveries within our standard routes will be charged at 10 per chair. Deliveries to Cornwall, Devon, East Anglia, North Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Islands surrounding the UK can be arranged at extra cost. Please contact the sales office for a quote. Chairs are delivered fully assembled to our dealers. A third party delivery will be subject to a surcharge of 15 per chair, will be delivered in a box and as far as assembly is concerned, the gas lift/base will have to be fitted to the underside of the seat mechanism by whoever opens the box. If you want to arrange a delivery to a residential address, the price will be given on application. We do not make installations to end users. quality and warranties DISCLAIMER We have developed different cutting patterns for our designs depending on the type of fabric; leather and vinyls need to be treated differently to regulation soft fabrics such as woolmix tweeds which in turn perform differently to the modern crepes. We will endeavour to cater for any differences as well as possible, but we cannot prevent the occasional ripple in some fabrics from time to time.if you would like our advice which fabrics perform better than others please feel free to ask. The UNI range models UNI57, 67, 77, 87 use a heavy duty mechanism which is suitable for weight in excess of 120kg up to a maximum of 150kg (23 stone) and also for multi user 24/7 applications. For this the warranty period is reduced to 18 months The OverWork/OverWeight option (OW) is an extended warranty and can be added to provide an additional 6 months for non-standard use.
