OVERVIEW New version Jaltest 17.3 software once again offers more improvements and innovations which show that it is the benchmark multibrand diagnostic tool for commercial, agricultural and OHW (Off High-Way) vehicles. - Vehicle search by VIN. Access to models through VIN number or directly through plate number from client portfolio. - Parameter files backup copy to network. - Possibility for the customer to create specific troubleshootings. - Report management improvements, possibility for adding comments at any time during the diagnostic session. - And much more Some of the most important innovations of this new version are listed below. With these functionalities, amongst others, Jaltest has a very wide coverage to meet the needs of workshop. Use Jaltest Report to access to additional information about the specific coverage for each brand. - DAF: Function extension of Paccar PCI and PMCI-2 systems. Modification of speed limit in ECS- DC5 systems. - IVECO: New AEBS ARS327 radar control system, which includes technical information. - MAN: Improvement and adaptation of ECAS CAN 2 system functions for articulated buses. - MERCEDES: SCR-Related memory reset and torque limitation disabling in Bluetec systems. - SCANIA: Calibration of distance sensor in DIS 2 system for the adaptive cruise control function. - RENAULT: Engine cooling fan clutch test, vehicles with V3 technologies. - VOLVO: Suspension calibration for 4x2 and 6x2 vehicles, V4 technologies. - TRAILER: Printing of reports of end-of-line test (EOLT) in EBS Trailer systems. - LCV: Both new HI-Matic transmission in Iveco Daily and other new systems for brands of PSA, VW, groups development should be highlighted New regenerations of Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF). - AGV: Spool valve calibration and parameter setting on brands like Fendt or Massey Ferguson, where new 700 Series models have been created. - OHW: Engine management systems development on JCB brand. - And much more In addition, more technical releases, wiring diagrams, fuses and relays box diagrams, troubleshootings by symptoms and error codes, System Display, etc are included. And in the vehicle technical data section, there is information about the identification plate of engine types and more data and important information such as the process for changing AdBlue/DEF module filters on some brands have been added.

5 Customer s troubleshootings and procedures Possibility for the customer to create troubleshootings and specific procedures. In addition, they can be shared through Jaltest feedback service. After adding a specific troubleshooting, verification steps should be determined. A compulsory name for each step should be assigned, while the description is optional.

6 Verification marks in troubleshootings and procedures steps In order to facilitate the customer the guided information monitoring, verification marks in troubleshootings and procedures steps are enabled. The customer will be able to use these marks to indicate either that a step has not been followed, that it has been followed correctly or the verification has been erroneous.

7 Report management improvements General comments can be included and edited in diagnostic reports. In addition, it is possible to add comments at any time during the diagnostic session. It is possible to add a comment to the faults reading result, either during the system checking, in an actuation or for a system measurement,

9 System Scan: main systems undetected are warned If during the System Scan process no main systems of some vehicles such as engine management system, brake system, transmission system or others which are defined depending on the model, are listed, a message that indicates this fact is displayed.

10 Others Apart from the points explained above, other improvements and modifications to be taken into account have been carried out. - From the help info, hyperlink to procedures and troubleshootings which are part of the workflow of an action. - Some interactive releases, such as the communication bus electronic architecture, can be displayed on the model from Wiring Diagrams. - Important! Requirement of a license update when Jaltest Soft is open if its conditions have changed GRP Improvement in the management of customers with towed vehicles When a Trailer number plate is created for a customer, the possibility of indicating the brake system installed is offered. Therefore, access to vehicles by number plate for Trailer is improved.

11 GRP Network From 17.3 version, a GRP Network could be created where several users will share diagnosis and maintenance reports searching by the plate number or VIN. In this way, one Jaltest user will consult maintenance tasks and the vehicle state time ago if the vehicle was repaired in a workshop belonging to the same network. The easy steps to create and use the GRP Network are listed below. 1) Please, contact Jaltest Customer Service (customerservice@jaltest.com) to get further information about how to create a GRP Network. The user will be informed by SMS or . 2) Manage the new request directly from the Jaltest

12 12 3) Follow the activation wizard steps Please, accept the terms and conditions. Then, the received activation code must be introduced to activate the GRP Network. 4) Now, the GRP configuration menu includes GRP Synchro, GRP Enterprise and GRP Network. Review the details of your GRP phases and configure your reports according your preferences. With GRP Network, a GRP Enterprise including several devices can share reports with other users not belonging to this.

13 13 5) Go to Reports Management menu. Your reports are listed, additionally a link to search reports in networks is located at the bottom in the right corner. 6) Search by number plate or VIN, find reports created by user belonging to the same network.

23 Trailer systems Three general highlighted functions have been developed which applies to all Trailer EBS systems: 1. New! Report generation in all end of line tests (EOLT End of Line Test) of EBS Trailer systems. 2. New! Modification of the load sensing and the pressures chart in only one step.

29 Others Jaltest is continuously improving and adding functions and systems for all type of commercial vehicles, as an example, at this version the accelerator pedal can be calibrated in special vehicles with MB technologies and ADM 2 as the engine regulation interface. The Wabco ABS/ASR E includes new E4 family references as ADAS systems continue being updated, e.g. the radar calibration in Wabco OnGuard Plus or new activations in Wabco OnLane. These systems are installed in buses OTOKAR, KING LONG, In the same way, Jaltest does not stop updating the coverage of all markets as South America or Asia. TATA-DAEWOO includes a new fuses and relays box in PRIMA Euro 4. HINO engine systems for engines such as N04C or J08E continues improving the variants control of new references. MITSUBISHI FUSO Canter adds a new system EDC 15M and more wiring diagrams.
