5 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY FOR SALE: (Note: Sale of intellectual property subject to assignee confi rmation.) The intellectual property covers the company s two major technologies: the Toroidal Intersecting Vane Machine (TIVM) and the Oscillating Vane Machine (Dragonfl y), and includes all prototypes, test data, technical data (computational models, calculations, presentations), 3D models, drawings and assembly procedures (SolidWorks), patents (both issued and pending), provisional patents, project fi les and ECN records, test stands and equipment. The TIVM is a positive displacement oil-free steam expander comprised of two rotating parts. It has been designed to operate at slow speeds (up to 3600 rpm) and to be cost effective for power recovery applications below 200kW. The current status of the technology is a 25kW machine operating at 35% overall effi ciency at 1800 rpm. The Dragonfly is a positive displacement oil-free air compressor. The current status of the technology is a 30HP, two-stage, oil-free air compressor operating to 150 psig. It currently exhibits effi ciencies superior to oil-fl ooded twin screw and drastically superior to oil-free twin screw compressors. Prototypes: There are fi ve (5) prototypes of Toroidal Intersecting Vane Machines (TIVM) designed and built for air compression, steam expansion, and integrated air compression and expansion. All drawings and assembly procedures exist for each prototype. There are four (4) prototypes of Oscillating Vane Machine compressors (Dragonfl y) including the 1st proofof-concept model, a 7.5HP two-stage air compressor, a 30HP two-stage, oil free air compressor and a 500HP single stage air compressor. All drawings and assembly procedures exist for each prototype. Test Stand #1: Compressor/Expander test stand with 20HP, 8000 RPM Servo Drive Motor and controls; Torque Transducer; 9000 RPM Spindle; Mounted on 10 ft x 4 ft steel frame with 1½" thick steel top plate drilled and tapped ½-13 on 8" centers. Contained within frame is fl ow circuit comprised of compressor inlet fi lter, compressor inlet fl ow meter (LFE), compressor discharge fi lter, compressor discharge fl ow meter (LFE), expander inlet fl ow meter (LFE), expander discharge fi lter, expander discharge fl ow meter (LFE) and all piping (stainless steel). Also includes air heater and humidifi er, high fl ow back pressure valve, low fl ow back pressure valve, manometers for each of four circuits and Data Acquisition Cabinet, electronics and hardware. Test Stand #2: Air Compressor test stand with 60HP AC Motor with variable speed drive; Torque Transducer; Mounted on 96" x 30" welded steel base. Also includes: assorted shaft couplings, Portable Lubrication Cart, 60 gallon receiver, Air inlet fi lter, Back Pressure Valve, Air discharge fl ow meter (LFE), water to air intercooler, National Instruments high speed and low speed data acquisition hardware. Test Stand #3: Steam rig comprised of 1½" inlet piping and 3" discharge piping with steam inlet control valve, steam inlet mass fl ow meter, steam back pressure control valve, 100HP Land & Sea Eddy Current Dyno, 300HP Land & Sea Eddy Current Dyno, torque transducer, pulse generator for RPM measurement, various shaft couplings, framework comprised of 80/20 aluminum and welded steel table measuring 6 ft x 3 ft. Includes forced air cooling and duct work for dynos and stand alone data acquisition system using National Instruments equipment.
