ONE: In the paragraph below, is the use of the terms charging balance neutral a fairly normal term used by EV experts or is it sometimes put in quotation marks, such as in the charging balance neutral hybrid mode? Or, as charging-balance-neutral? Or, should we leave it as it stands at the moment in the current GTR? [ACEA WLTP EV group feedback] Question: What is the meaning of quotation marks compared to hyphenated and unhyphenated? Comment needs more clarification. TWO: In the following paragraph (R_cdc): Can the last sentence be rewritten as follows: If the charge-depleting test possesses a transition range, the RCDC shall include the transition cycle(s) in that transition range. THREE:
