They memorise the last light level set before switchoff. When switched on again, the light level will be restored as previously memorized. VOLTAGE SELECTION (FOR 00 W AND 1500 W DIMMERS) A rated voltage converting switch on the upper right part of the base allows you to select 230 V or 127 V.
