MAIN HELM CONSOLE The main steering console is located on the starboard side of the forward main saloon area and is raised to allow vision through the forward windows. A new custom helm seat has been fitted. 6 The guest state room is located in the forward section of the lower deck level and incorporates a large queen bed. There is also a dressing table and wardrobes fitted together with storage drawers and lockers. Natural light and fresh air ventilation is provided by opening port holes. An ensuite shower and toilet is provided with an electric fresh water toilet, wash basin with mixer tap and a circular shower cubicle. OWNERS STATE ROOM - Refurbished (2012) The owner s state room is amidships and incorporates similar fittings as the forward guest state room. It has a central King berth with upholstered headboard as well as polished timber night tables. There is a vanity table with bevelled mirrors on the starboard side and a separate wash basin on the portside at the entrance to the ensuite bathroom facilities. PORT GUEST CABIN - Refurbished (2012) This portside cabin incorporates 2 single berths and is fitted out with a large wardrobe with hanging space and storage shelves. There is also a bedside table with additional storage facility as well as an ensuite shower and toilet facility. CREW CABIN - Refurbished (2012) The aft crew cabin is accessed through a water tight door on the aft swim, platform and provides a space with 2 single berths and a small bathroom toilet facility with shower and wash basin. FLYBRIDGE - Refurbished (2012) The flying bridge helm station provides repeat engine instrumentation as fitted to the main helm console which includes: Main engine controls Simrad VHF DSC radio Audible and visual alarms for bilge, and engine systems Simrad duplex screens for radar, chart plotter, GPS and sounder There is comfortable seating for 10 guests. Forward facing bench seats are located P & S as well as a U shaped settee with two pedestal table that seat 8. To starboard behind the helm station is a wet bar which has a refrigerator, sink with hot and cold water and various storage lockers. Aft of this area is the boat deck which provides storage for the vessel s tender which is serviced by an electric / hydraulic Wireless control davit crane. No tender supplied. MAIN ENGINES - Refurbished (2011)

7 Two electrically started CAT 3406 E electronically controlled diesel engines rated at 800 HP have been completely rebuilt by Q Mechanical at their Port Lincoln workshop (2011). 120 Engine hours since major over haul (May 2012) Cavpower Adelaide have replaced the wiring looms and all the senders on both engines and set up the ECM s on both engines to meet the manufacturer s specification. The engine room is acoustically insulated and lined and is set up with high volume air intakes and new electrically driven extractor fans. REDUCTION GEAR - Refurbished (2011) ZF Model BW 1350 at 2:1 reduction gear is close coupled to the main engines. Both gear boxes have been stripped down and rebuilt with new bearings and clutch packs. PROPELLERS AND SHAFTS - Refurbished (2011) Two 5 blade propellers of nickel aluminium, bronze are fitted to shafting. High speed balanced stainless steel rudders are fitted. The shaft lines were removed from the vessel when on the hard stand and the shafts and propellers were checked for straightness and balance and refitted with new bearings. New PSS shaft seals were fitted. Cathodic protection is connected to all the stern gear, engines, fuel tanks, fillers etc and are all electrically bonded. GENERATOR SET A new 17.5kw Onan generator set (2011) complete with sounder shell is fitted on the starboard side of the engine room. This unit is new and has been sized to meet the upgraded air conditioning requirements on this vessel. BOW THRUSTER A new 11 HP hydraulically driven bow thruster (2011) is fitted in the bow void space and has dual station controls. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM - Refurbished (2012) The electrical system has been completely renewed and generates 440/240 volts, 50 Hz and is distributed through the main switchboards which are located in the engine room and at the main control panels located in the console aft of the helm station. This switchboard controls both the AC and DC supplies. The 24 volt DC supply incorporates new glass fibre heavy duty batteries (Nov 2011 & 2012) for engine starting and heavy duty batteries for house supply. These batteries are recharged by the engine alternators via a relay system which isolates the engine start batteries from the house batteries.

8 Two 100 amp 240 volt automatic solid-state battery chargers (2012) are also available to charge the house batteries. A 5kw pure sine wave inverter (2011) has been fitted to provide 240 volt power when the generator is not running. A 3 phase shore power connection is in the aft port bulwark. A single phase shore power connection is in the aft starboard bulwark. State of the art LED lighting has been used throughout the boat. AIR-CONDITIONING SYSTEM - Refurbished (2012) A series of Cruise-air air-conditioning units are fitted in the engine room and lower accommodation spaces. The piping and water cooling systems have been refurbished. BILGE SYSTEM - Refurbished (2012) There are five 24 volt DC bilge pumps located throughout the vessel which are connected to automatic float switches and are separately alarmed. FRESH WATER A total of 900 litres of freshwater tank. This is supplemented with a new reverse osmosis water making machine (2012). The hot water system operates from the 240 volt heater as well as the main engine heat exchangers. FUEL Approximately 6,000 litres of diesel fuel are stored in twin marine grade aluminium, fuel tanks. The fuel system is set up with high capacity duplex fuel filters and Racor water traps. SEWERAGE SYSTEM - Refurbished (2012) The vessel is set up with a freshwater vacuflush toilet system with a 300 litre holding tank. The system is set up with a contents gauge, low noise electric overboard discharge with macerator backup system as well as a facility to allow dockside discharge. FIRE FIGHTING EQUIPMENT - Refurbished (2011) A full compliment of fire extinguishers is located on board in strategic locations: Guest cabins 1kg dry powder x 3 Crew cabin 1kg dry powder Wheelhouse 1kg dry powder Saloon 1kg dry powder

9 Engine room 9kg foam 4.5kg dry powder at entrance to engine room at crew cabin 2.5kg dry power A new manually operated 30 litre Mistex extinguishing system (2012) has been fitted to the engine room with audible and visual alarms in the wheelhouse and the engine room. A fire blanket is provided for the galley. LIFE SAVING EQUIPMENT - In TEST May 2012 An inflatable 10 man life raft fitted with a hydrostatic release and internal EPIRB is fitted on the flying bridge deck. The balance of the safety equipment is stored in a grab bag near to helm station, and life jackets for 8 persons SEA TRIAL (November 2011) A thorough sea trial has been carried out. The vessel performed faultlessly during trials and reached a maximum speed of 20 knots at 2200 rpm and will cruise comfortably at 14 to 15 knots at rpm. Fuel burn rate was 176 giving a range approx 450Nm. ALL MANUALS SUPPLIED There is a detailed ships library of all equipment that has been repaired, replaced or upgraded.
