2 ship, suitability for the purpose intended and that all requirements of the specifications have been satisfactory fulfilled. Sea Trial When the work specified herein has been practically completed, the builder will conduct sea trials under normal weather conditions, during which the operating of the vessel including all machinery and systems usually operating under service conditions will be put into operation simultaneously and continuously so far as practicable. This will involve the operation of deck machinery and miscellaneous equipment. Acceptance and Delivery When fully accepted by the owner and all terms have been agreed by the builder, the yacht will be handed over to the owner. Delivery will be at the builder s yard or a suitable place to be agreed upon. Certificates, Manuals and Reports The following certificates will be supplied upon delivery of the yacht where not available a temporary certificate can be acceptable. Builder s certificate (Certificate of Origin) Upon acceptance of the yacht reports, manual and certificates will be supplied for all machinery. All system drawings, wiring diagrams, docking plan and tank capacity tables will be supplied with the vessel. General Fiberglass Construction General Hull, decks, bulkheads, superstructure and mast will be executed in fiber-glass polyester sandwich. Fuel Tanks Integral storage tanks with capacity of 1500 US Gal. Tanks provided with manhole, ventilation pipe and sounding system. Fresh Water Tanks Integral tank with capacity of 200 US Gal. Tanks provided with manhole, ventilation pipe and sounding system. Fresh water pump A/C Fresh water pump D/C Grey & Black Water Tank One each Integral tank with capacity of 50 US Gal. 3 Windows The windows in the superstructure will be fitted with stainless steel frames. All windows will be safety glass. Wheel house front windows will be full view clear, curved, all other windows will be tinted. Hatches 1 nos. Sky hatch at forward cabin. Scuppers Scupper pipes will be installed to provide proper drainage of all outside decks, drainage to the boot top. External Doors One stainless steel patio door. Deck Fittings and Equipments Anchor-Winch and Capstans One 2000 watt electric anchor windlass with remote and on spot deck operation. Stainless steel bow roller. Anchor and Chain One galvanized Bruce anchor 30 kg will be installed. One 75 mtr short link chain will be supplied. Last link of chain will be fastened securely in the chain locker with an emergency release. Cleats and Fairleads Necessary cleats and fairleads for fender lines will be fitted. They will be finished with stainless steel. Boarding One swim ladder at swim platform. Mast FRP mast as shown on general arrangement plan and provided with: Platform for radar and antennas, combined with signal halyards, cleats and masthead-light platform. One search light, remote controlled. Dual trumpet horn. Storage for Deck Equipment Suitable places for storage of hoses will be provided on deck. Adequate storage for fenders, lines, boat hook and cleaning supplies will be provided. Crane 300 kg (optional). Dinghy or Jet Ski (optional). Telescopic passerella (optional). P 3/11

4 Machinery General All machinery will be installed to manufacture s requirements. Flexibility of all connecting pipes, cables, hoses and shafts will be matching to the flexibility of the supports of the equipment. Duel fuel filters for each engine with water separator. Non-skid aluminum removable floors. Access through main deck with ample working area inside for maintenance. Main Engines 2 x CAT C RMP Main deck Propulsion Engines will be equipped with sea water cooling, heat exchanger, seawater pump, oil cooler and oil drain pump. Gearboxes Make : ZF direct coupled with reduction Propellers Two aluminum bronze AB2 propellers. Stern Tube Stern tube will be fitted with water-lubricated bearings with self aligning inner seal. Shaft Stainless steel 316L or temt 25 propeller shaft. 35 degrees ruder angle. Rudders Twin manganese bronze with through hull installation incorporating and aerofoil section blade/balanced type. Steering Gear Twin rudder electro hydraulic system with twin station, providing torque 35 degrees ruder angle. P 4/11

5 P-Bracket Twin manganese bronze P brackets with aerofoil and formed palm. Flexible Mountings Engines will be mounted on flexible mountings. Controls Propulsion engines will be controlled from wheelhouse and Fly bridge station. Instrumentation The yacht will be equipped with a basic monitoring system for propulsion units, generator, fuel system, water system, bilge alarm. Fire alarm etc. Generating Sets One marine diesel generator of 25 kw 50 Hz. Generator set provided with ventilated sound shield. Heat exchanger, fresh water cooling and seawater pump are built on these units. Electric starting system 24V. Flexible mounting. Sound Insulation Fully sound insulated with sound deeding and anti-vibration material to maintain a noise level throughout the yacht. Trim Tabs The yacht will be equipped with trim tabs. Controls will be fitted in the wheelhouse and fly bridge. Engine Room Various Fire Fighting System A fire extinguisher system will be installed with necessary nozzles and a trigger outside engine room. Manufacturer s instructions to be strictly observed. Engine Room Ventilation One axial flow fan with suitable capacity for engine room to maintain engine room temperature. Water Heater Electric water heater with capacity of 50 ltr. Bilge System 4 nos. submersible electric bilge pumps of 1750 GPH. With automatic float switches. 1 no. manual bilge pump on cockpit with diverter valve of P 5/11

6 120 GPH to engine & gene. Bilge Alarm Boat is fitted with bilge alarm system which gives sound and light through panel at main console. Smoke & Heat System The boat is fitted with smoke and heat detector system in each room, saloon and engine room. Air Conditioning General and Capacity Air conditioning system will be marine air, split unit type. System will be installed according to manufacturer s requirements. Capacity : BTU Heating system will be by means of reverse operation of the air-conditioning plant. Cooling Units Sufficient and well balanced throughout accommodation. A/C pumps Electrical Installation General The electrical installation over all, such as equipment, wiring and cables, fixture, labeling etc. is to be designed in such a manner, that maintenance and repair can carried out easily. All electrical equipment will be proven satisfactory for marine use. In all living areas cables will be concealed. Electric Cable and Wiring All cables and wiring will be marine grade and suitable for marine use and color coded. Main Electric System 220Volt, 50Hz / 110Volt, 60Hz The installation will be single phase, 230V, 50Hz/110Volt, 60Hz. Shore supply 220V/63amp, single phase with shore power connection. Low Voltage System 24Volt DC The low voltage system will be 24Volt DC. Batteries and Charging One 24 VDC 220 amp starting bank for port engine. One 24 VDC 220 amp starting bank for stbd. engine. Generators are not intended to supply power to all standard and option accessories simultaneously. Load must be limited to output rating. Power management may be required. In case of any inconsistencies between the specification sheet and the price list, the specification sheet prevails.
