5 User s Manual 5 2. SAFETY AND OPERATIONAL WARNINGS The purpose of this manual is to provide Endura users with a general understanding of operating procedures. If further information is needed, contact Aquabotix at Support@Aquabotix.com or call Assemble and use Endura only as instructed by this manual. Keep this manual in a safe place for future reference. Read and follow these important safety instructions and the detailed assembly in this manual prior to using the Endura. Follow all safety and operational warnings. Heed all restrictions on use. Refer all non-routine service issues to Aquabotix customer service at or Support@Aquabotix.com. Assemble and charge the Endura in a safe, dry place. Do not assemble or charge while submerged or allow Endura to get wet before it is fully assembled. Do not assemble with wet hands as this could cause personal injury or damage the vehicle Do not attempt to open the vehicle at any time (unless instructed by Aquabotix). Endura is powered by a rechargeable Lithium-Ion battery pack. Do not attempt to replace these at any time (unless instructed by Aquabotix). Contact Aquabotix if the vehicle isn t charging properly. Only Aquabotix and our Authorized Service Centers are authorized to replace the battery pack. Lithium batteries are restricted for air travel contact customer support for guidelines before sending the Endura by air. The Topside box is not waterproof. Do not submerge the topside box in water as this could cause personal injury or damage to the system. The basic configuration of the Endura is not meant for depths greater than 100 meters from the water s surface. Do not operate the vehicle beyond this depth. Do not look directly into the lights of the vehicle as this could result in visual impairment. Secure all cables on board to prevent tripping hazards. Ensure watertight connector cable is properly secured to the topside box before use. Be careful of propellers when in use. Do not stick fingers, etc. in or near the propellers. Do not run the thrusters for an extended period of time (longer than 5 seconds) while out of the water, it will damage the thrusters.
6 User s Manual 6 Endura is a commercial grade piece of equipment meant to be operated only by adults over 18 years of age. Keep Endura out of the reach of children and supervise children and pets when Endura is in operation. Do not use Endura in rain, rough sea conditions and/or storms. Do not use Endura while underwater machinery is in operation nearby. Do not allow Endura to contact underwater marine life or vegetation. Keep Endura clear of all underwater objects. Do not expose Endura to high temperatures above 35 Celsius/ 95 Fahrenheit; avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. Do not leave the carrying case in direct sunlight. Do not expose Endura to temperatures below -10 Celcius/ 14 Fahrenheit. Use Endura only in the recommended operating water temperature range of -10 Celsius/14 Fahrenheit to 40 Celsius/104 Fahrenheit. Dropping Endura or subjecting it to strong force, shock or extended vibration may damage the vehicle. Handle with care. For models equipped with a fiber optic tether: do not support the weight of the vehicle with the tether as this may break the fibers in the tether. The fiber optic tether has a bend radius of 2.5 cm/ 1 inch. Do not pass this bend radius. Failure to follow these important safety instructions along with the detailed assembly and use instructions in this manual will void your limited warranty from Aquabotix and may result in damage to property, serious injury or death. Aquabotix disclaims all liability arising from or caused by failure to assemble and use Endura in accordance with this manual.
7 User s Manual 7 3. RECEIVING YOUR ENDURA Before signing for your Endura, it is imperative to inspect the case and the vehicle for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. The case of the vehicle has been sealed with a tamper evident yellow cable tie. If this cable tie has been cut or is missing, inform your shipping carrier that your case has been opened during its shipment. Ask your delivery person to stay to witness as you open, inspect and photograph your Endura for any damages that have occurred during shipment. Once this is done please sign for the Endura as Opened/ Damaged. Contact Aquabotix customer support at Support@Aquabotix.com or by calling +1 (508) The case of the vehicle has been outfitted with Shock Watch indicators. If the case has been subjected to excessive force during its shipment, the center of the Shock watch will be red. Ask your delivery person to stay to witness as you open, inspect and photograph your Endura for any damages that have occurred during shipment. Once this is done please sign for the Endura as Opened/ Damaged. 8 User s Manual 8 4. UNBOXING While the system is shipped in ruggedized packaging it is important to inspect your vehicle for any damages that may have occurred during shipping. It is recommended that pictures are taken of the case, including its security ties and shockwatch indicators, as well as the vehicle and the rest of the system during the unboxing process. 1. Inspect the yellow security tie on the case and make sure that it has not been broken. If the security tie has been broken, do not proceed unpacking your Endura. Contact AquaBotix immediately by calling or Support@Aquabotix.com. 2. Inspect the red shock watch stickers. If the indicator at the center of the sticker is red, do not proceed unpackaging your Endura. Ask your delivery person to stay with you as you photograph any evidence of damage or mishandling that you see. Contact AquaBotix immediately by calling or Support@Aquabotix.com. 3. Remove all cable ties and the security tie on the case. 4. Dis-engage the clasps on the case. 5. Open the case. 6. Remove and review the provided documentation package. 7. If using a standard tether option: Remove the Velcro straps securing the tether and remove the tether from the case. 8. Remove the Velcro straps securing the Endura in the vehicle 9. Remove the Endura from the case by its carrying handle. Do not lift by any mounted accessories or cables. 10. Inspect the Endura for signs of damage. 11. Carefully inspect the Endura s dome for any damage and make sure it is secured properly on the vehicle. 12. Remove the Topside Box from the case and inspect for any signs of damage. 13. Remove the accessory box from the case. This will include the chargers, additional ballast weight and the magnet key. 14. You are ready to begin setting up the Endura.

10 User s Manual SET UP: ENDURA ROV 6.1 Charging The Vehicle Battery Charge the battery completely before use as it only has a partial charge when it is unpackaged. The vehicle must be fully charged before every use. Be sure the vehicle is dry before charging. Do not charge the vehicle near water 1. Connect the two power cords to the charger. 11 User s Manual Remove the dummy pigtail from the vehicle charging plug. Dummy Pigtail Vehicle charging plug 5. Remove the dummy pigtail from the Endura. 6. Insert the charger cable to the Endura. A red light on the charger indicates the vehicle is charging. A green light on both chargers indicates the vehicle is fully charged. A full charge takes approximately 4 hours.
12 User s Manual Connect the charger to an outlet(110v AC). A red light on the charger indicates the vehicle is charging. A green light indicates the vehicle is fully charged. A full charge takes approximately 4 hours. 8. When finished charging, disconnect the charger from the vehicle. Do not leave the charger connected to the vehicle without being connected to a power source as this may cause damage to the battery. 6.2 Charging The Topside Box Battery Charge the Topside Box battery completely before use as it only has a partial charge when it is unpackaged. 1. Attach the charger to the Topside Box. Align the notch of the plug with the socket and give the collar a quarter turn clockwise to secure it
13 User s Manual Connect the charger to power source (110V AC). 3. A red light on the charger indicates that it is charging. A green light will indicate on the charger when the battery has been completely charged. A full charge takes approximately 45 minutes. 4. You may use the Topside Box while it is charging. Do not leave the Top Side Box plugged in if it is not connected to power, as this may damage the battery 6.3 Download The Aquabotix App: For Windows: 1. Windows 7 or later is required. 2. Log onto 3. In the footer of the home page click on the Software/ Manuals link. 4. Download the installation application and open it. 5. Read through the options and finally click Install. 6. Unzip the folder to the desired location on your PC. The Aquabotix application should be installed and ready for use For ipad: 1. ios 9.3 or later is required. 2. Open the app store. 3. Search for Aquabotix CC. 4. Install the application. The Aquabotix application should be installed and ready for use.
14 User s Manual Adjusting Buoyancy Due to varying payloads and water conditions the buoyancy of your Endura may need to be adjusted. If the buoyancy is properly trimmed for your Endura, it will float level at the surface of the water and take approximately 10 seconds for the vehicle to rise to the surface from a depth of 1 meter. Buoyancy adjustments can be made with the vehicle powered off. 1. Loosen and remove the bolt located at the front or back of the skid using a 3/32 Allen wrench. 2. Rotate the weight retainer up towards the body of the vehicle. 3. Insert the appropriate amount of weight for neutral buoyancy.
15 User s Manual Return the weight retainer back to its original position in line with the skid insert the bolt and tighten. 5. Repeat this process adding the same amount of weight to the other side of the vehicle s weight retainer. 6. The additional weights can be moved forwards or backwards in the weight retainer to make the vehicle drive and sit level while submerged. 6.5 Starting Up The Vehicle 1. Register your Endura with Aquabotix at 2. Remove the dummy plug from the vehicle connector on the tether.
16 User s Manual Remove the dummy plug from the vehicle. 4. Grease the vehicle connector to the manufacturer s specifications (see section 10.1) 5. Insert the tether plug to the vehicle. Wipe away any excess grease. 6. Attach the strain relief tether to the eyelet on the tail of the vehicle. Attention: Failure to attach strain relief may cause loss of vehicle.
17 User s Manual Connect the tether to the Topside Box. Align the pins of the socket to the pins of the plug and insert the plug. Rotate the collar clockwise until snug to secure it. 8. Power the vehicle by applying the magnet key to the magnetic switch in the dome, attached to the right of the camera. The LED lights will flash once when turned on. 9. Power on the Topside Box using the middle switch. The red LED will illuminate indicating that the Topside Box is on.
18 User s Manual Connect the vehicle to the Topside Box network. a) For PC users: The Topside Box s network signal can be accessed via Ethernet or Wi-Fi. Select this network in the network settings. Using a hard-wired Ethernet connection is recommended to maximize performance. Network Options b) For ios users: The network signal can be accessed over Wi-Fi. Go to Settings> Wi-Fi> Choose Network. Select your vehicle s network. 11. Open the Aquabotix application by clicking the icon and allow the system to boot up. The application is operational when video feed is shown. NOTE: The LED lights on the front of the vehicle will pulse on/off until a connection is made to the application. These lights are very bright and caution should be taken to not look directly at the lights. NOTE: Before deployment, it is strongly recommended to calibrate the vehicle s compass. This procedure is explained in section Your Endura ROV is now ready to be deployed.
19 User s Manual Shutting Down The Vehicle The vehicle must be shut down properly after every use. Failure to do this may cause data corruption. Only shut the vehicle down once it is out of the water Windows Application: 1. In the application select the File button at the top of the screen. 2. Select Device Shutdown from the menu that appears. 3. A message window will appear stating Please wait 30 seconds before turning off vehicle. It is not necessary to do anything after this. The vehicle will turn off on its own. 4. The lights will flash once the vehicle has shut down ipad Application: 1. In the application select the Connection button at the bottom of the screen 2. Select the Shutdown Vehicle button in the lower right corner of the screen 3. A message window will appear stating Please wait 30 seconds and turn off vehicle. It is not necessary to do anything after this. The vehicle will turn off on its own. 4. The lights will flash once the vehicle has shut down.
20 User s Manual DEPLOYMENT AND RETRIVAL: ENDURA ROV It is strongly recommended that before deploying the Endura on a mission, that the operator has at least three hours of experience driving the vehicle in a controlled environment. Once the vehicle is powered on, and connected to the application, it is ready to be deployed in water. Lower the Endura into the water. Only let out slack tether as it is needed during operation, to prevent kinks and tangles. It is recommended that a separate person pays out and takes in slack tether as it is needed during operation to prevent kinks and snags. It is also helpful to lay out the tether in straight lines at the deployment site. This will ensure smooth deployment of tether into the water. Once your mission is complete pilot the Endura back to your location and remove it from the water by its carrying handle. NOTE: If the vehicle becomes unresponsive while in the water, it may be returned to your location by gently pulling on its tether to reel it in.

Thruster Power button- Adjust the maximum available thrust power 3. Video Record button- Begin and end video recording 4. Snap Shot button- Take a photo 5. Data Record button- Begin and end data recording 6. Tilt button- Change the vertical angle of the camera 7. Pan button- Change the horizontal angle of the camera 8. Lights button- Power the lights on and off as well as adjust their brightness 9. Tag button- Adds a marker in the video recording 10. HUD Panel- Displays data from various sensors a. Depth- Vehicle s current depth from water s surface b. Heading- Relative angle of the vehicle to its polar axis c. Roll- Relative angle of the vehicle to its longitude axis d. Pitch- Relative angle of the vehicle to its latitude axis e. Turn count- How many revolutions around the polar axis the vehicle has completed f. Temp- Temperature outside of vehicle g. Veh Temp- Temperature inside the vehicle h. Power- Remaining charge in the batteries i. Thrust- Current thrust power applied to horizontal thrusters j. V. Thrust- Current thrust power applied to vertical thrusters k. Disk Free- Remaining memory storage available of the vehicle
22 User s Manual Using The Gamepad: Your Endura may be controlled by using a gamepad (sold separately) when using the Aquabotix Windows application. 1. Open the battery panel on the back of the controller by pressing down on the panel and sliding it. 2. Remove the game controller dongle from inside the battery compartment of the controller. 3. Insert the dongle into your computer s USB port (Some drivers may begin to download on their own before working).
23 User s Manual Open the Aquabotix application by clicking the icon on your computer s desktop. 5. To view the control scheme: a. Select edit at the top of the window. b. Select Game Controller from the menu. 6. This new widow will allow you to view and edit the controller s button assignment
24 User s Manual Diagnostic Panel: The purpose of the Diagnostic Panel is to provide an over view of your system, Including your vehicle, your topside box, your PC or ipad, and the network status between these components. The Diagnostic Panel can be accessed by clicking Tools at the top of the application and the clicking Diagnostic Panel. Alternatively, it can be accessed by pressing Ctrl+D on the keyboard. The Windows Diagnostic Panel gives the status of the application, the network, and the vehicle. The Diagnostic Panel will give feedback on the functionality of each component by displaying a different symbol for each of the three components. Green Check Mark: Component is working properly. Yellow Exclamation Point: Component is working however, functionality may be impacted. Red X mark: Component is not functional or does not have connection. The Windows App Information sections provides you with the following: If the Aquabotix application is supported by your operating system If the application detects a control gamepad The version of the application Video status and quality
25 User s Manual 25 The Network Statistics section provides the following information: The IP address of the Top Side Box and the vehicle Pings between the Top Side Box and the vehicle Video read rate (in frames per second) The Device Information section provides you with the following information: The vehicles date and time stamp Device uptime Previous shut down status (either proper or improper shutdown) The software version of the vehicle The vehicle s basis platform TIP: Clicking the Help button and then clicking the helpful start-up and troubleshooting videos. icon that appears will bring you to A tutorial video for navigating the windows application can be found at
26 User s Manual Retrieving Saved Data Device Web Server Saved pictures, videos and saved data for the Windows application can be viewed and downloaded on the Endura s web server. 1. Click on File in the tool bar. 2. Click on Device Web Server in the File menu. Alternatively, it can be accessed by pressing Ctrl+V on the keyboard 3. Select the information you wish to access. 4. To download or delete a photo or video: a. Select the photo or video tab. b. Click the green arrow to download and save it to your PC. c. Click the red X to delete it from the Endura.
27 User s Manual To download or delete recorded data: a. Select the Data tab. b. Click the green arrow to download and save to your PC. c. Click the red X to delete it from the Endura. 6. To change what data is recorded: a. Select the Config tab. b. Select Data CFG. c. Click the check box next to each entry to select what you wish to record. d. Click the update configuration button at the top of the list. e. Reboot your vehicle for these changes to apply. 7. To change the interval at which data is recorded: a. Change the number in the Value box in the Data recording configuration b. Click the Update configuration button. c. Reboot your vehicle for these changes to apply.
28 User s Manual Bulk Download and Repair All saved data recordings, video recordings and pictures taken by the Endura can be downloaded to your PC into its own directory. 1. While the vehicle is connected to the application, select Tools from the top of the widow. 2. Select Bulk Download and Repair from the menu. 3. All data stored on the Endura will be put into a new file called Hydroview in your PC s Documents directory. 4. Data recordings will be stored as a.csv file type, photos will be stored as.jpeg file type, videos will be stored as.mjpeg file type. 8.5 Data Configuration and Settings It is possible to change what types of data are recorded and displayed in the application. 1. Click on Edit at the top of the screen. 2. Select Settings General from the menu. 3. A new window will appear. 4. Under the Heads Up Display section, select which aspects of data you would like to be displayed and recorded. 5. Select Save Configuration at the top of the window.

Thruster power button- Increase or decrease the amount of power to the thrusters 3. Record button- Begin and terminate video recording 4. Capture button- Take still photographs 5. Record Data button- Begin and terminate recording data 6. Tilt button- Change the degree of tilt up or down or reset to its original position 7. Pan button- Change the degree of pan left or right or reset to its original position 8. Illumination Intensity button- Toggle the brightness of the LED lights 9. Tag Button- Add tags for date and time in the recorded data 10. Connection Button- View the Diagnostic Panel as well as access the shutdown command 11. Control button- Brings you to the control screen with video feed 12. Movies button- View and download recorded movies 13. Photos button- View and download captured photographs 14. Data button- View and download recorded data 15. Utilities button- View Endura status 16. HUD Sensor Readout 17. Stop all button- Stop recording data and video
30 User s Manual Connection Panel The purpose of the Diagnostic Panel is to provide an over view of your system, Including your vehicle, your topside box, your PC or ipad, and the network status between these components. The Connection Panel can be accessed by pressing the Connection icon at the bottom of the screen. The Connection Panel gives the status of the application, the network, and the vehicle. The Connection Panel will display one of two different symbols for the functionality of the vehicle and the router in the Topside Box. Green Check Mark: Component has connection and is functioning properly. Red X Mark: Component does not have an established connection or is not functioning properly
31 User s Manual 31 The Connection Panel provides the following information: The Aquabotix Application version Your device s address Video connection status from vehicle ipad Control connection status from the vehicle to ipad Topside Box network address Topside Box router address Vehicle s device platform Vehicle s device version Vehicle s uptime Vehicle s network address Last shutdown status Shutdown Vehicle command Reboot Vehicle command 9.3 Managing Saved Data: ipad Saved photos, videos and recorded data can all be viewed and downloaded within the Aquabotix ipad application. 1. Press the Movies, Photos or Data tab at the bottom of the application. 2. Highlight which files you would like to download or delete to the ipad. 3. Pressing the green Download button will save them locally to the ipad. a. Once downloaded, green text will be displayed next to the file name saying Downloaded 4. Pressing the red Delete button will delete them from the Endura. a. Once deleted, the file will be removed from the list of files.
32 User s Manual MAINTENANCE: ENDURA ROV 10.1 Main Vehicle Connector The SubConn connector must be properly greased before use to ensure a waterproof connection and prevent corrosion Gr eagreasing g a nthe d mgreasing a t g Connector a bove w a t er (d r y m a t e) Connectors must be greased with Molykote 44 Medium before 1. Connectors must be greased with Molykote 111 before every mating. 2. A layer of grease should be applied to the face of the female connector and into the pin sockets to a depth of 1/10 of the sockets depth. 3. After greasing, fully mate the male and female connector to distribute the grease on the pins and sockets. 4. To confirm that grease has been sufficiently applied, mate the pins and socket then separate them. Check for grease on each pin. 5. Mate the male and female connectors. 6. Wipe away any excess grease Cleaning The Main Vehicle Connector 1. General cleaning and removal of any accumulated sand or mud on a connector should be performed using isopropyl alcohol. 2. New grease must be applied again prior to mating.
33 User s Manual Compass Calibration It is recommended to calibrate the vehicle s compass once if the displayed value is not within +/-5 of the reading of an analog compass Windows App 1. Power on the vehicle and connect to the Aquabotix Windows application. 2. Select the Edit button at the top of the screen. 3. From the menu that appears select Calibration Panel. 4. A new widow will appear. 5. Place the vehicle on a level surface, on something that can spin freely (for example a mover s dolly) 6. Click Calibrate Compass button in the application. 7. The button will now say Start calibration step 1. Click this button again. 8. At a slow and consistent pace, rotate the vehicle at least for one half of a rotation. 9. Once enough samples have been taken by the compass the button in the app will read Start calibration step 2
34 User s Manual Place the vehicle on its side. 11. Click Start Calibration Step 2 in the application. 12. At a slow and consistent pace, rotate the vehicle at least one half of a rotation. 13. Once enough samples have been taken by the compass the button in the app will read Done, Click to Reset. 14. Compare the values of the compass given in the application to those of a separate compass. If they are not within the acceptable range of +/-5. Repeat this process. 15. Your vehicle s compass is now calibrated.
35 User s Manual ipad Application 1. Power on the vehicle and connect to the Aquabotix ipad application. 2. Select the Utilities button at the bottom of the screen. 3. Place the vehicle on a level surface, on something that can rotate freely. 4. Press the Calibrate Compass button from the right-hand side of the screen. 5. The button will now read Start Calibration Step 1, press it. 6. At a slow and consistent pace, rotate the vehicle for one full rotation. 7. Once enough samples have been taken by the compass the button will read Start Calibration Step 2.
36 User s Manual Place the vehicle on its side, 9. Press Start Calibration Step At a slow and consistent pace rotate the vehicle for one full turn. 11. Once enough samples have been taken by the compass the button will read Calibrate INS. 12. Compare the values of the compass given in the application to those of a separate compass. If they are not within the acceptable range of +/-5, repeat this process. 13. Your vehicle s compass is now calibrated.
37 User s Manual Updating Vehicle Software It is recommended to update your vehicle s software when a new version of the Aquabotix application is released Windows App 1. Power on the vehicle and connect to the Windows application 2. Select Tools from the top of the screen 3. Select Diagnostics Panel from the menu that appears. 4. In the Diagnostics Panel, click on the green check mark underneath Your Aquabotix Device. 5. In the Device Firmware Update section select Update RASPI. 6. A message window will appear asking if you would like to reboot your vehicle. Select Yes. 7. Allow your vehicle to reboot. Do not disconnect the vehicle. 8. Once the vehicle is booted, it is updated and ready for use.
38 User s Manual Depth Sensor Calibration Windows Application 1. Power the Vehicle on and connect to the Windows Application. 2. Select Edit from the top of the screen. 3. Select Calibration Panel from the menu that appears. 4. A new window will appear. 5. Place the vehicle at the surface of the water. 6. Select the surface box under depth sensor. 7. Press the Calibrate Vehicle button. 8. Submerge the vehicle to a know depth. 9. Select the X.X Meters box. 10. Enter in the vehicle s current depth. 11. Press the calibrate vehicle button. 12. The depth sensor is now calibrated ipad Application 1. Power the Vehicle on and connect it to the ipad Application. 2. Select Utilities button from the bottom of the screen. 3. Place the vehicle at the surface of the water. 4. Press the Calibrate Depth button at the top right of the screen. 5. The depth sensor is now calibrated.

Before and after use, check all propellers for any damage that may have occurred or any debris that may have gotten caught in them. 3. If debris is present, carefully remove it. 4. If damage has occurred to the propellers, contact Aquabotix Customer Service at or Support@aquabotix.com 10.6 Condensation If condensation is present inside the vehicle, do not continue use and contact Aquabotix customer service at or Support@aquabotix.com After Use Care Instructions 1. Remove the Endura from the water using the carrying handle. 2. Shut the Endura down 3. Disconnect tether cable from the Top Side Box and the vehicle. 4. Insert the dummy pigtail to the Endura s connectors (vehicle and tether). 5. Rinse the Endura and tether with fresh water, dry with microfiber cloth. a. The dome of the Endura may be cleaned with a solution of soap and water. Do not use cleaners containing isopropyl alcohol as this can damage the Endura s dome. 6. Inspect the Endura for any damage that may have occurred, foreign matter, or condensation in the vehicle. 7. Make sure the Endura is completely dry before storage. 8. Store Endura and cover dome to protect from scratches and damage.
40 User s Manual ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY CERTIFICATE Aquabotix warrants that, under normal use and service, the Endura will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date it is shipped by the original purchaser. If Aquabotix receives, during the applicable warranty period, notice of defect in any product, which is covered by Aquabotix s warranty, Aquabotix shall either replace or repair the product at Aquabotix s discretion. If Aquabotix is unable to repair or replace, as applicable, a defective product, which is covered by Aquabotix s warranty, Aquabotix shall, within a reasonable time after being notified about the defect, refund the full purchase price of the product. Aquabotix shall have no obligation to repair, replace or refund the purchase or product until the customer submits an RMA form and returns the defective product to Aquabotix. Warranty does not cover the following: damage caused by abuse or misuse, improper maintenance, incorrect assembly, accidental damage, or damage due to incorrect power connection as described in the user manual. Consumable items including o-rings, moisture absorbing packs, LED lights and batteries are specifically excluded from the warranty. Items subject to normal wear and tear include, but are not limited to, the lens and the outer shell which are only covered for defects in workmanship or materials. Opening the Endura dome (unless instructed by Aquabotix) voids this warranty. Claims for damage, shortage or errors in shipping must be reported within three (3) days following delivery to the customer. Aquabotix is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged during shipping. Refer to the manufacturer s warranty for third party accessories, components and accessories. A copy of the dated receipt or bill of sale from the original end user purchase is required to determine coverage.
