4 Our 8-Step Process Provides You Shopping Carts SAFER, BETTER, FASTER! 1. NCC first transports your old carts from your facility to ours, in St. Charles, MO. 2. All accessories are removed from the cart. 3. Broken welds and wires are repaired to the highest quality. 4. Carts are dipped in a heated, fluidized, sand bed that removes the original powder coating, as well as any other material that adhered to the finish. 5. Carts are blasted and cleaned in our five stage automated, reverse osmosis wash system. 6. The prime coat of powder-coating is first applied. Then a high-gloss top coat is chemically bonded. 7. The cart is accessorized with new casters, wheels, handles, bumpers, baby seats and locking devices. 8. The remanufactured carts are inspected and shipped back to your store.
