Power [W] PF (Power Factor) Watt [W] 25 PF (Power factor) 경기도기술개발사업에는 2012년 11월, 1년과제로참여했다. 과제는 전압불안정지역을위한 75W급보안등용 LED AC 직접구동형전원공급장치 (PSU) 개발. 전압불안정으로인한 SMPS 수명단축문제를해결하기위해과전압과급격한전압변동에대비한전원부를개발하는과제였다. 이회사는과전압방지를위한단계별전압설정회로와온도보상회로를개발해기준전압기준 -20% 에서 % 의과전압에대응할수있고, 파워효율 90% 를구현하는것을주요내용으로개발을진행했다. 그결과독자개발한웨이퍼와패키지로 100W 대 PSU 를설계할수있는기술을확보, 보안등과가로등, 공 장등과같은고전압조명시장에진출할수있는토대를마련했다. 현재국내와미국등해외에특허를출원중이다. 이렇게개발한고효율제품은 AC 전원을직접연결해정류를흐르게함으로써에너지효율을높이고안정화를이룰수있게됐다.
