It is made from ASA, PC, and 6063 aluminum, making fixture structure solid, reliable and light. The street light is equipped with enhanced optic lens, 6063 aluminum heatsink, ensuring maximum lumen output and long working life. The modular design allows for customization of different intensity illumination as the street light is used in different places and areas. Design Highlights: Modular unit solution: from 55W to 240W Various powers can be customized by increasing module units The street light of Airplane series is featured with SMD LED modular units. The modular ones can be added and decreased, as well as controlled very easy to meet the needs of different road lighting situations. The heatsink is mae of Extruded aluminum alloy. The surface is specially treated with weather proof and anti-static military spray plastic technique and anodizing oxidation technique Heat dissipation: High thermal conductivity of aluminum alloy heatsink provide sufficient cooling area for each unit of LED light source; and lamps housing is full of more small vent, ensuring the heat fully to spread out in a timely manner Thermal conductivity: High quality thermal conductivity silicone makes aluminum plate and heatsink combined closely, ensuring that each LED has the best effect of heat conduction. Modules can be individually removed and replaced, and this makes maintenance and replacement be much more convenient. Unique secondary optical processing technology greatly deals with the problem caused by small light intensity distribution area of ordinary LED street light which have to be installed densely with more cost. Moreover, mirror processing technology can effectively collect and reflect invalid light, making light more effective.
