With a super thin profile, the Ultra Blade glides through grass and delivers a quality of cut comparable to most reel type mowers. The Ultra Blade is manufactured from high chrome/nickel alloys, polished and specifically heat treated for maximum performance and longevity allowing the blade to hold a sharp edge much longer than conventional rotary blades. When re-sharpening is necessary, just one to two passes along the cutting edge restores the blade to its original razor, sharp edge. 4 Core Collector PRODUCT INFORMATION: The Turf Pride Core Collector is an accessory that can save you time and labor costs when core removal is necessary after aeration. As your aerifier is operating, the Core Collector picks up, contains and moves the cores to the collar and when lifted to make the next pass the cores are deposited on the collar. The Core Collector can be mounted in a matter of minutes on walk behind and tractor drawn aerifiers. Removal is just as simple and can be stored easily with virtually no maintenance required. The DSA punches holes up to 10 deep into the soil without damaging the playing surface. The patented tine alignment spring assembly places the tine in the perfect position and moves them as forward progress advances extracting them and leaving a small hole in the turf surface. The DSA is capable of both solid tine aerification and hollow or coring tine action. Tine options from 5/16 diameter up to 1 diameter is available. 21 The Roller Tamer RT-181 Press Attachment: allows you to press most shafts out during disassembly, press water-pump bearings in, and press seals in. RT-153 Collet: extracts the outer race (sleeve) of water-pump bearings that have deteriorated to the point where only the stub was removed, leaving the sleeve behind. RT-030 Collet: extracts the tapered bearing cups from Jacobsen rollers with the small tapered roller bearings. RT-154 Collet: extracts the outer bearing race of bearings found in the short rollers on Toro 4500/4700/3500/4300 decks. The RT-152 Collet which is included with the model A will also remove all but the most severely worn of these races. RT-155 Adapter: threads into any shaft or water-pump bearing having a 3/8-24 (fine thread) female threaded end. This adapter is most commonly used to pull the shaft/bearing from Tru-Turf rollers. RT-108 WP Puller/Driver: extracts water-pump bearings that either have a hole thru the side of the stub or no hole. This is also the installation tool which can be used to drive the bearing in conjunction with the RT-113 Handle pressed in using the RT-181 Press Attachment. To extract a water-pump bearing having a 3/8-24 threaded end use RT-155 Adapter. RT-112 Toro Brg/Seal Installer: Use this pair to install bearings and seals in Toro 3rd Gen rollers which are identified by the 1 stainless steel nut on each end. These 3rd Gen rollers are found on most Toro mowers since RT-113 Handle: Use this handle in conjunction with the various bearing and seal installation tools when using the tap or smack method, striking the handle with a hammer. You can also thread this handle into one end of the RT-181 Press Attachment to press a shaft out during disassembly. This handle can be used with the many bearing and seal installation tools that will be available not only for rollers but also for reel bearing housing and other golf equipment. 22 The Roller Tamer RT-114 Cup/Seal Driver: Use this to install tapered bearing cups LM You can either use it in conjunction with the RT-113 Handle using the tap/smack method or thread it onto the end of an old shaft along with the RT-031 Adapter and press (pull) the bearing in. Flip the RT-114 around and use the reverse side to install many seals. RT-145 5/8 Puller: Use this puller to extract any intact bearing with a 5/8 inside diameter such as those found on the short front rollers of Toro 4500/4700/3500/4300 decks. Also removes the intact 7150 bearings from Toro basket rollers. Clear away any rust/crud inside of the sleeve behind the bearing to allow the puller to expand fully as the pin is being pushed in. If puller does not expand fully check for and remove any burr on the lip of the puller that catches the back side of the bearing. RT-180 Brg Press Pad/Shank: Use this to install bearings in the short front rollers of Toro 4500/4700/3500/4300 decks. RT-165 Adapter 3/4M-3/8M Screw these into the ends of a Tru-Turf roller during reassy. Use them in conjunction with either 2 ea RT-166 pads or 2 ea RT-167 pads to install the new bearings. You will also need 2 ea RT-130 nuts, one of which is included with the Basic Model. 33 Lapping Compound Features, Advantages, and Benefits: Reel Diamond (labeled Turf Pride) is a patented product (# ) that is an environmentally safe abrasive compound. Electronic-grade water is ph neutral and washes off with water. Formulated with precisely enough viscosity and tackiness additives to permanently suspend the abrasive and keep the product on the blades, not on the floor or the technician. The industrial diamond compound will always provide a faster cutting action and produce a much sharper cutting edge. Lubricant will dissipate the heat on the blade minimizing warp plus there are rust inhibitors to minimize corrosion. The Packaging: A lot number on each pail allows complete traceability throughout the manufacturing process and quality control. The SCIN number on each pail tracks the abrasive within the formulation. On each pail lid there is a unique locking feature for easy use. Each pail lid features an O-ring top seal for product freshness, and cleanliness between uses. 38 PowerEdge II Reel Sharpener PRODUCT INFORMATION: PowerEdge II Reel Sharpener is a versatile shop tool designed to professionally sharpen most greens, tees, lightweight fairway and walk behind reel mowers. The Patented Linear Action grinding technique does not cause undue stress to the reel bearings, seals and frame associated with conventional impact grinding. Linear grinding does not produce vibration and excessive movement also associated with conventional grinders thus the overall weight and mass of the grinder frame is eliminated. The VSA is available with dual rotor shafts and each rotor shaft is equipped with carbide tipped blades.
