7 Power generation by PV or wind power changes in accordance with the season and the weather, and the amount of power generation (amount of the charge) is not fixed. It becomes charge shortage if the amount of the electrical discharge is larger than the amount of power generation. On the other hand, it becomes overcharge when the amount of power generation becomes excessive for the amount of discharge. Therefore, keeping the balance of the amount of the charge and discharge is important. The LL type battery is excellent from a usual battery on the charge acceptance character. However, if a long-term charge shortage cycle and a long-term leaving or the discharge leaving are done, the capacity decreases occasionally. This capacity decrease is also observed in the system with the slight currents such as the measurement machines and the control power supplies.
