12 Warranty AVA manufactures high quality, cost effective LED lighting. Manufacturer s Limited Product Warranty AVA Technology, a US company, warrants its products to the purchaser against manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for a period as specified under the enclosed product warranty. Hereafter in this warranty, AVA Technology will be referred to as Company. Warranty Period will begin at the date of original product purchase from either Company, or an authorized Company Distributor/Dealer. Company will repair or replace products covered under this warranty with same or comparable components of Company's inventory. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued for the products. Each party, Company and customer, will pay for one-way shipping for the repair or replacement of the product during the warranty period. Advances in technology may lead to better or advanced products being selected for replacement. This warranty is further conditioned on the purchaser contacting the Company during the warranty period between normal business hours to review issue and initiate the eturn Material Authorization (MA) process. This must be done prior to the return of any defective product. nly Company manufactured products may be returned through the Company's MA process. No defective products, Company or otherwise, will be returned to the purchaser. The Company's MA form must be legible and completed in detail prior to approval for return. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to obtain all necessary approvals and to understand the product's intended use and all relevant instructions, recommendations, and guidelines for the proper installation and use of any Company product and related manufactured products, used in conjunction with the accuracy and completeness of any statements. Technical information and recommendations in any form of product literature or instructions are not guaranteed, are not part of this warranty, and does not in any way constitute a warranty. The purchaser must determine the potential applications and installations independently of the Company, and must ensure the suitability of installation and full product implementation.
