HEP confirmed all internal tests would be no problem for the minimum load specified in product spec sheet. As the test result with our dimmer list may be influenced by different specs or brands from customer side, the flickering probably will be happened in case or probably not. If customer tested LMT10xxxZ with HEP dimmer list and module less than.5 or down to minimum load specified in product spec sheet, the flickering did not happen and the compatibility should be no problem. If flickering was observed, three solutions were advised for customer; 1. Raise loads up to.5 for LMT10xxxZ 2. hange the selected dimmer with other types of dimmer from our dimmer compatibility list; 3. Replace the selected module with other specs or brands 4. In case all the above methods are not workable, please contact HEP sales for possible solution.
