To make this model running properly, installation should be strictly in accordance with manual and done by experienced technician Please use insolating tool to install this machine, don t use bad tools. Please don t use low quality battery to avoid leakage, rust or burn. Please don t use thin or low quality cable to avoid leakage or fire. Do not open cover and maintain personally. Please don t reverse battery anode and cathode, don t reverse solar panel anode and cathode. Keep it away from moist, rain, insolation, severe dust, shaking, corrosion and Intensive or under intense electromagnetic interference. Do not install or use this machine in an environment mixed with combustible gas. This machine prohibited around the place with any flammable, explosive and dangerous goods. General Description The friendly wind/solar hybrid controller is specially designed for high-end small-scale wind/solar hybrid system and especially uitable for winsd/solar hybrid street light system and wind/solar hybrid monitoring system. 2.product feature Independent Boost Circuit: Solved the charging efficiency of the low-power vertical wind generator MPPT charging way, make sure power max. input to battery and high charging efficiency obtained. Be able to 200w 600w wind-turbine with high compatibility. 12V/24V System Automatic Recognition function. Allow to connection reversely by battery or solar panel positive negative polarity. Controller output DC power illumination This device be able to do following 8terms output ways, please requested which type are your expectation before you buy. * NOW, YOUR ARE USING TYPE IS ITEM. (I)output 1th line, 2nd line all are constant output DC power for monitor system. 5 6. Operation Process Graphic 2--- panel of controller CONTROLLER Charge indication LED(green). Blinking in charging situation. --- power value of battery LED(red).over-discharge will lighting,,blinking mean over-charge of battery. --- output indication LED(green). This led lighting mean DC power output normally. --- digitron value(hours). Fox example if be 5,the 2th output will working 5hours,then stop output. --- setting key(only for 2th output). Use method as below: setting:press 5secs. The digitron will be blinking,meaning enter in setting condition. press one time, the value will be plus +1. if right down point is lighting, this value will plus +10. save:stop press key,then 10sec. later, the digitron will stop blinking to be lighting,,this meaning saving successfully. Then the digitron will be turn off about 15sec. later. Digitron will be lighting once connection completed. And turn off after 20sec. if you want to look value of setting, please short press the key. Setting value range: 0-17(hours). ** IF YOU BUY CONSTANT OUTPUT FOR YOUR MONITOR SYSTEM, PLEASE IGNORE ABOVE 5 ITEM SETTING Remind! When you have completed setting, please to disconnection battery aim to turn off controller, then after 10seconds, re-start connection of battery to turn on controller. This process is intent to make sure the program running in modified setting condition

6 7. Connection process Graphic 3, connection port terminal: Please connect and operate system components strictly according to the steps below! (I) Connect with Battery: 1. Connect accumulate battery wire to BATTERY terminal which rear of device. Please use the cuprum cable which about 6mm 2 and less than 1m. if connection reversely, the controller will not work. After installing battery, this led will be twinkling approximate15 seconds once connected with battery for device initial working. (II) Connect with wind turbine: Ensure wind turbine in brake status and then connect the wind turbine output lines to the WIND INPUT terminals in back panel. (III)Connect with solar panel: If your system have solar panel, please connect the wire to SOLAR INPUT terminal rear of device. Connection reversely is prohibited! (IV)Connect with DC output: Connect DC load to DC OUTPUT terminal : The first load should be connected to "+" and "-1" of the DC - 6 -

7 OUTPUT terminals, The second load should be connected to "+" and "-2" of the DC OUTPUT terminals. The modes of load output can be setted according to the requirements of system.( The half-power output is only applicable to LED load ). 8.Abnormal phenomena settle 1.Road-lamp don t lighting : please check battery volume whether be lower. If voltage of battery down to protection point, controller will cut-off output DC power. And will recovery to output DC power when battery voltage rise up to safe point. Please refer to following tech-parameters table. 2.Controller don t running : Please check your connection whether be right, if not please correct it. 9.
