Thread the power cord through the pole and out from the Connection Opening of the pole, and then cover the Panel Support onto the pole; 3. Turn the solar panel to adjust position of the Anchoring Screw Hole so that the M screws can go through the pole; 4. Finally, fix all screws tightly. 2

Take off all the metal accouterment (as watch, necklace, etc) before installation 2. Use insulated tool, insulated glove 3. Put the battery into the waterproof box to the fixed position. And let the connection side outside.. 4. For the waterproof box is made with metal, the electrode of the battery must be wrapped with insulated material to prevent short circuit caused by the simultaneous contact of both electrodes with the waterproof box. 5. When the leaked acidic from destroyed battery taints the skin or clothes, wash this will plenty of water 6. Never clean the battery with organic impregment 7. The battery should be recycled rather than discarded. 8. Test for battery: when first installation, test the voltages from both electrode Wattage below 10V: battery is out of power, and may be invalid Wattage among 10V 12V, battery is short of power. 8 1 Connection of battery: All the connection cable should be provided by manufacturer with specification of 1.5mm2 1)Connect the anode of battery A and cathode of the battery B firmly with white wire; 2)Connect anode of battery B with red wire and the other side with the + connect of the controller Connection of battery 3)Connect cathode of battery B with white wire and the other side with - connector of the controller. Notice:POWER LED of the controller will be on, if not, check whether the anode and cathode are correctly connected, whether the fuse is burnt, and whether we should change the fue to 10A/125V or 10A/250V. Connect black wire to the LOAD + connector on the controller Connect the white wire (or blue wire) to the LOAD - connector on the controller Notice: For first installation, if the streetlight is not no, please check whether the anode and cathode are connected correctly. If yes, the battery is short of power. Connect the black (or brown) wire of the solar panel to the SOLAR + CONNECT of the controller Connect the white (or blue) wire to the SOLAR - connector of the controller. Notice: CHARGE LED on the controller will be on, and the streetlight will be off Connect the municipal electricity to the accordingly connector on the controller. The main functions:when long rainy reason leads to inefficient battery storage, the streetlight will shift to municipal electricity Notice:for every 5 or 6 months, in the good whether, check whether the streetlight is functioning when the municipal electricity is cut off 8 5 When all the wires are connected, fix the controller in the battery box

9 Normal problems and causes Normal problems and causes 1 The streetlight is not on, it may be because: 1 Anode and cathode are wrongly connected 2 The anode and cathode of battery are wrongly connected 3 Fuse is burnt 4 The battery is short of power 2 After one week of installation, the streetlight is not on. It may be because: 1 Inefficient battery storage caused by long rainy reason 2 The anode and cathode of the battery is wrongly connected 3 After some time of use, the streetlight is off or the work time in night is very short: the battery may be inefficient. The characteristic of inefficient battery: on the night of good weather, check the battery, and the voltage is below 10.5V;When the difference of the voltage of the two batteries in series is more than 1V. When charge the battery, change both at the same time. 9

11 ADDITIONAL WARNINGS AND CAUTIONS LED Lifetime In traditional lamp sources, lifetime is defined as the point at which 50% of the lamps fail. This is also termed Mean Time Between Failure [MTBF] is the most common definition used in the lighting industry for lifetime at which point 50% of traditional lamps fail. LED s have a much longer MTBF than conventional sources as they are semi-conductor devices. MTBF is not the only thing to consider when determining the useful life of LED s. The concept of useful light output for rating LED s lifetimes is used by Neo- Neon. Similarly to traditional light sources, LED s output degrades over time (LED Lumen Depreciation) and this is the relative aspect for SSL (Solid-State Lifetime). LED lumen depreciation is affected by a variety of environmental conditions such as air temperature around the fixture, humidity, and ventilation. Lumen depreciation is also affected by the control method applied, thermal management, driving current levels, and many other design considerations. When used under optimal conditions Neo-Neon s products are professionally engineers to optimize the life of the LED. Lumen depreciation information is based on Neo-Neon s source life data as well as other third party testing. Low temperatures and controlled effects have a beneficial effect on lumen depreciation. Temperature and other conditional effects will affect lifetime. Neo-Neon International rates product lifetime using lumen depreciation to 50% of original light output which for a LED wash fixture can range from 50,000 to 80,000 hours typically. Overall system lifetime could vary significantly based on usage and the environment where the system is installed. Do not immerse in water that contains a high voltage electrical charge. Do not use if there is any damage to the light or cord insulation. Inspect periodically. No user serviceable parts inside. Manufacturer provides no maintenance or service for this product. This fixture is composed mostly of aluminum and plastic and can be recycled. This product should be installed by trained professionals. Manufacturer is not responsible for damages caused to the product by constant power supplies that are not provided by the manufacture.
