18 DUOBLOCK RANGE TS RANGE MAIN CHARACTERISTICS The Ecoflam duoblock range have been developed to complete its offer for commercial and industrial combustion solutions Duoblock burners can run with preheated combustion air and save a considerable amount of energy that can be recovered from the hot flues gases by using a heat exchanger in the flue gas system (maximum air temperature 200 C) Construction layout and main features of the duoblock range match the monoblock burners and allow to use the same components and set up tools; burners can be assembled with air duct connection in different layouts Burners can be supplied in mechanical progressive modulating operation with PID controller or with electronic compound regulation that support also inverter system for speed control and O 2 Trim control All TS models feature easy maintenance, access to the combustion head from the housing top cover. 20 ELECTRONIC RANGE BLU/MULTICALOR PRE NEW RANGE OVERVIEW The new Ecoflam electronic range uses the latest microprocessor technology for setting, control and monitoring of all burner functions. The result is a new series of burners, which offers not only improved comfort and precision, but also value for money. Furthermore, the new burners are easy to commission, maintain and offer lower acoustic levels in their operation than other burners with a comparable rating. Ecoflam offers its burners in electronic configuration starting from 700 kw up to 17 MW in gas and dual fuel (gas/light oil) operation. Low NOx class 3 versions are also available. MAIN CHARACTERISTICS An electronic burner controller operates, via servomotors, the air damper and the gas flap: in this way, a precise and efficient compound control is guaranteed in every situation. The electronic compound control can be also equipped with variable frequency fan speed control and O 2 /CO trim control options. An industrial grade metal switch cabinet protects the burner controller, while man-machine interaction is managed via a pictogram-based backlit display with programming keyboard. The display interface allows to perform a quick commissioning procedure and gives real time information about burner operation, keeping record of various data stored during the heating season.
