Relief Work for shift workers on boilers and pumps is paid at 1x if the following shift worker fails to report for work. No more than one relief shift to be worked per day and no more than two relief shifts to be worked per week. Firefighters - Pickering & Lakeview: 2x the basic rate for all hours outside of regular hours in any one scheduled day of work and for all hours worked on the Statutory Holidays as listed in the Master Portion of the Agreement, for the 6th & 7th consecutive shifts worked and for all hours worked on Easter Sunday.
