3 Engine Crankshaft Processing Reception of crankshaft for treatment. Washing the crankshaft before and after treatment. Crankshaft check-up before treatment. Engine crankshafts are magnetic flux tested for any cracks. So-called plugging at the crankshafts, which can be cleaned. Alignment and distortion testing Processing of crankshafts from the cargo vehicles program Crankshaft welding up Straightening of the crankshaft on special presses Engine Crankshaft Processing Processing is monitored by measuring rod and computer,so that errors are minimal. Micropolishing by very fine grits Big end connecting-rod control Small end connecting-rod control and processing. In Diesel engines, tolerance testing between bolt and small-end bush is mandatory.

5 Engine head processing Reception of parts for treatment. Engine heads before treatment Disassembling of engine head, verification of whether the valves and reins are worn-out, and engine head height measurement. Washing and sand-polishing of the head to restore its original condition. Engine heads porosity testing under the working temperature and operating pressure (6-8 bar). Removal of old and new valve guides installation Reaming of valve guides to achieve necessary tolerance between valve stem and valve guide. Detailed check-up (control) of valve stem Welding Welding Line boring of engine head cracks and preparation for welding Welding of engine head cracks using latest MILLER device

6 Welding of engine head cracks using latest MILLER device Weld treating and testing Pre-chamber bearings processing. MR Service successfully deals with 90% of cases of serious damage, for example damaged valve lifters and injector bearings or any other cracks that can disrupt the normal function of an engine.
