3 BRAVOS FULL SYNTHETIC OIL PRODUCTS (A Micro Lubrication Technology, MLT) INTRODUCTION: The success of conventional lubricating oil is predicated upon maintaining a high film strength oil barrier between two surfaces moving relative to each other. Resistance to the movement of these surfaces is defined as friction, which can be either sliding or rolling, or which can be caused by the shearing action of a lubricant attempting to separate the two surfaces. Hydrodynamic, hydrostatic, and boundary lubrication typically occur in some combination in virtually all mechanism which require lubrication, and most commercial lubricants formulated are reasonably capable of doing the job for which they are intended.
4 Bravos MLT is a new synthetic lubricant formulated with the benefit of blending of Group III (Hydro-treated base oil which is 99.9% pure) and Group IV (PAOs) which takes normal lubrication a step further, in that it not only has a superior film strength but also appears to impregnate the steel itself at its friction surfaces, metallurgically. The International Standard Organization (ISO) determined that these base oils (Group III & Group IV) rank in the same category as triglycerides (a group of oils often commonly referred to as Vegetable Oil ). BestLine, the parent Company of Bravos Oil, in developing its lubricants, created a proprietary formulation of the referenced Group III and Group IV base oil. The truly advanced technology within this formulation, while providing the best available lubrication, uses the safest and most environmentally friendly ingredients currently available. Given the use of these base oils, Bravos MLT lubricants are approximately 80% biodegradable and 100% recyclable.
5 LUBRICANT TYPES: The majority of lubricants are mineral (paraffin, napthene, and asphalt), synthetic (esters, polymers), and solids (graphite, molybdenum disulfide, Teflon, or greases (oils with various organic thickeners such as clay, soap or stearates). Several additives are available for these products, which serve as corrosion inhibitors, rust inhibitors, etc. Modern engine oils, for example, usually contains 8 to 10 different additives, accounting for 15 to 25% of the volume in a container of oil, the balance being refined petroleum or synthetic oil blend. Several products are available which rely solely upon solid particle additives such as (graphite, moly, Teflon) in an effort to add extreme pressure capability to the lubricant. Bravos lubricants are based on a patented formula and perform without the negatives associated with the aid of graphite or moly.

7 BRAVOS LUBRICATION MECHANISM: BestLine International Research, Inc. (Parent Company of Bravos) has developed and patented a technological (Micro Lubrication Technology) new line of full synthetic lubricants (Branded Bravos MLT) that dramatically reduces friction, heat and mechanical wear to an extent never before seen. Bravos MLT s product line includes engine oils (which have been licensed by America Petroleum Institute due to their energy conserving properties), oil fortifiers and additives, transmission/gear lubricants, fuel treatments (for both gasoline and diesel fuels), greases, assembly lubes, cutting oils, and all-purpose lubricants. This Micro Lubrication Technology (MLT) refers to a unique ionic proton-charged molecular film, which adheres to metal and prevents the Engine Treatment from draining away. In fact, GREATLY extending the life of any engines or other mechanical equipment it is used in.

10 The amount of energy that manufacturers can save using high-quality lubricants (meaning Group III & Group IV oils, such as those patented by Bravos MLT is generally between 5% and 15%. Users who test their oils to determine when changing are required (a relatively common practice with large fleets or where the oil is used in large equipment), will find that Bravos MLT extends the life of the oil, thereby reducing the frequency of oil changes and the amount of oil used.

The base oils for the products are pharmaceutical grade and are considered by the International Standard Organization to be environmentally friendly and biodegradable, and they are 100% recyclable. In short, Bravos MLT products, while providing the best lubrication available, reduce energy consumption and exhaust emissions (pollution), reduce replacement costs, reduce maintenance costs, and are ecologically safe. 13 APPLICATION TESTS: BEARING TEST OF COMPETIZTIVE PRODUCTS: It was conducted using a standard Cross-Axis machine commonly referred to as bench tester. The machine holds test bearing against and perpendicular to (or across) the axis of a rotating race. The metal in the rotating race is considerably harder than the metal in the test bearing. Force applied to a torque wrench determines how much pressure exists between the two bearings. The damage to the test bearing has a direct inverse relationship to the lubricant being tested; specifically, the better the lubricant, the less the damage. Using only twenty (20) pound weight on the torque wrench, ALL tested oils and additives (except Bravos MLT) resulted in failure and significant damage to the test bearing in as little as (10) seconds. Bravos MLT additives was tested with weight exceeding 100 pounds, and continued to provided superior protection.
14 Engine Test: For a dunk, a car was treated with Bravos MLT Engine Treatment, the engine oil drained, the oil pan and valve cover were removed, and the distributor was sprayed with Bravos MLT No-Skweek. The engine, while completely stripped and still running, was submerged in a tank of water and continued to run without ANY adverse effects to the engine whatsoever. Mechanical and technical people of NASCAR drivers and the public that viewed the test were stunned. GM Vehicle Road Test: In addition to the aforementioned test, a GM (General Motors) authorized dealer provided a vehicle to be road tested without the protection of motor oil and engine coolant. A driver was hired with a certified mechanical technician to oversee the testing and to provide GM with report based upon expected catastrophic failure of the engine. To demonstrate the potential of our lubrication technology, the engine was treated with Bravos MLT Synthetic Engine Treatment.
15 After treating the engine, the coolant was drained and the vehicle was driven over 50 miles in the hot Florida sun. Then ALL oil was drained and the vehicle driven over an additional 150 miles with no damage to the engine. The automobile is still running today (i.e. no oil/water) with no adverse effect on the engine. Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel (USLD): The Environmental Protection Agent (EPA) has mandated that essentially all sulfur be removed from the highway diesel fuels. Prior regulation allowed up to 500 parts per million (ppm) of sulfur. Sulfur was the primary lubricant for the fuel pump, the fuel injectors, and the top end of the engine. Now, the maximum amount of sulfur allowed is 15 ppm. There are no diesel engines older than 2006 that are designed to use the USLD fuel.
16 The result is premature wear of all parts that were to be lubricated by sulfur. Bravos SRT (Sulfur Replacement Technology) actually replaces ALL lubricity lost. Independent testing using industry standard High Frequency Reciprocating Rig (HFRR) test demonstrates that Bravos Diesel Fuel Treatment, with SRT, reduces wear by over 25%. The HFRR test was conducted by Intertek Celeb Brett, Los Angeles, CA. Bravos Engine Treatment: In an informal test on a large truck, treating only the engine and the fuel, mileage improved from 5.8 mpg to 6.3 mpg. This represents an improvement of over 8%. When the transmission, differentials and power steering are also treated, similar results have been reported to us.

18 Sequence VIB Independent Test Results: Sequence VIB Measures the Effect of Engine Oils on Fuel Economy South West Research Institute; Test performed for 96 hours using only a 10% blend of Bravos MLT Engine Treatment in a 10W30 GF-3 non-energy conserving oil. When a minimum result of 0.8% improvement is required to pass the test, Bravos MLT received a result of 1.51%, a significant improvement and far beyond all expectations. This test proved that a 10W30 motor oil with Bravos MLT far exceeded the fuel efficiency required for 5W30 to pass the test A high viscosity oil with Bravos MLT was more efficient than a low viscosity oil without Bravos MLT. The American Petroleum Institute licensed BestLine (parent company of Bravos) to produce an Energy Conserving Oil.
19 Sequence VIII Independent Test Results: This test evaluates a lubricant s performance in combating bearing wear and maintaining viscous shear stability. Test performed using only 8% blend of Bravos MLT Engine Treatment in a GF-3 non-energy conserving oil. Test engine ran for 53 hours under load, at high RPMs, with external heating of oil to 290F (severe conditions). Bravos MLT maintained the oil viscosity throughout the entire test, which means there is no sludge from the oil thickening and/or no loss of protection from the oil thinning.
20 HFFR Independent Test Result: High Frequency Reciprocating Rig Lubricity Test of USLD Lubricity Intertek Caleb Brett Test Co. Tests the ability of Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel fuel to provide required lubrication to fuel pumps, valves, and injectors. 22 Ethanol Related Problems BMW, Chrysler, Nissan, Toyota, and VM have declared that using gasoline (Petrol) with ethanol content of E-15 or greater voids their warranties on cars 2012 or older. Eight additional auto manufacturers; GM, Ford, Honda, Hyundai, Kia, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, and Volvo have stated that the use of E-15 fuel does not comply with the fuel requirements specified in their owner s manual and may void warranty coverage. The energy content of ethanol is about 33% less than Pure gasoline (petrol), although this varies depending on the amount of denaturant that is added to the ethanol. Thus, vehicle mileage may decrease by up to 3.3% when using E10. Ethanol attracts water forming Ethanoic Acid, creating number of issues including corrosion. Ethanol has a negative impact on neoprene, n-butyl, polymerized rubber seal, and the fuel lines with plastic filters, causing plugging of fuel lines and engine failure.
