4 TEXXON HIGH PERFORMANCE GREASE TEXXON XHD RED GREASE TEXXON XHD RED is an extremely high quality product with excellent lubrication characteristics for the range of anti-friction and plain bearings, gears, couplings, pins and bushes in automotive, marine, agricultural and industrial applications requiring a grease with a high base oil viscosity and weld load. It is based on a lithium complex thickener, high quality paraffinic and polybutene base stocks combined with the inclusion of extreme pressure additives, effective rust, oxidation and corrosion inhibitors. Texxon XHD Red also has a very high 4 ball weld load rating of 480Kg/f. FEATURES High load extreme pressure characteristics Resists squeeze out. 24 FUEL CONDITIONERS FUELMASTER FUELMASTER is a super concentrated complete fuel treatment. Fuelmaster is a cost effective solution to managing fuel quality. HOW DOES IT WORK? All petroleum fuels are composed of Hydrocarbons. 25 FUELMASTER DIESEL ANTIGEL FUELMASTER ANTIGEL functions by modifying wax crystal formation at low temperatures to depress the pour point and improve the cold flow filtration properties of a wide range of distillate fuels. - Formulated for a broad range of low sulphur middle distillate and diesel fuels including very waxy and hard to treat fuels - Designed for use with Ultra Low Sulphur Diesel fuels as well as conventional and Low Sulphur Diesel fuels - Provides superior CFPP and pour point reduction minimising the need for kerosene dilutions - Significantly out performs conventional EVA copolymers by a wide margin in hard to treat fuels. 26 EXPANDER PIVOT PINS EXPANDER BOLT THE PERMANENT SOLUTION TO LOOSE LINKAGES YOU PROBABLY RECOGNISE THIS: Excessive noise and vibration of the machine. YOU KNOW THE REASON: The pivot pins have worn the holes of the lugs and they have become oval. YOU KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT: Either line boring of the holes or complete replacement of the lugs. YOU KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS: High repair and downtime costs and possibly the hire of a replacement machine. FURTHERMORE: Sooner or later the day comes when the pivot pins have worked loose again. FORGET EVERYTHING YOU HAVE JUST READ! IT NEED NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN! A Repairs to the lugs are unnecessary before fitting the Expander Bolt B The pressure plates press the expansion sleeves onto the tapered ends of the axle. C The parallel expansion of the sleeves, eliminates play in the joint (if the holes are badly worn, oversize sleeves are used). D Doubled sided locking gives increased stability. E The Expander Bolt is easily removed. The Patented Expander Bolt has been tested in Volvo- BM machines for over 50,000 hours and is approved by the Swedish machine testing institute and the German TUV Rhein land. It is approved as an original part by, among others, VME, Case Poclain, Timberjack, Valmet, Liebherr, Massey Ferguson.
