6 HONDA SENSING^ The VTi-LX model features Honda Sensing^, an intelligent suite of driver assist technologies, which improves situational awareness and, in some cases, intervenes to help avoid a collision or lessen its severity. REACTS TO A HAZARD BEFORE YOU MIGHT FORWARD COLLISION WARNING By constantly keeping an eye out for vehicles ahead, Forward Collision Warning (FCW) reduces the stress of driving in heavy traffic. If the system determines that a collision may occur, you ll be given an instant visual and audible alert to help you avoid whatever is in your path. COLLISION MITIGATION BRAKING SYSTEM If you happen to miss the FCW and a collision is likely, the Collision Mitigation Braking System (CMBS) will go one step further by applying the brakes. This helps to mitigate the severity of an accident that s unavoidable.
