2 All the stability of automatic dough sheeters Available in a wide range of models, the main strength of Ostali semiautomatic and automatic dough sheeters lies in their framework which guarantees high stability and longlasting reliability. The automated product range offers a complete computer, in the keypad or modern touch screen version, to ensure perfect production on every occasion. All standard dough sheeters have an ergonomic multifunction rolling pin holder, in cast aluminium, which can support the rolling pin in various positions. It is supplied complete with two stainless steel rolling pins and is perfectly integrable in the machine when not in use. An extractable lower surface in stainless steel facilitates dough collection while maintaining reduced dimensions.

3 Available for the Multispeed Tower 660 version, the convenient Touch Screen facilitates machine prograing and use. The two easily removable scraper units (top and bottom) have been designed to allow convenient cleaning and efficient operation with two traction springs in each scraper. The elegant and ergonomically designed flour tray in foodapproved plastic is standard on all dough sheeter models. Using the appropriate handles, it can be easily extracted for convenient cleaning.

4 SEMI Beta Classic 600 The Beta Classic 600 has a rolling width of 600. It is equipped with a semiautomatic Beta computer. The belt movement can be reversed using a joystick control. Beta Classic 600 Beta Tower 660 The Tower series, thanks to its 660 rolling width, allows to obtain dough with a larger width which is ideal for feeding work benches. To guarantee improved hygiene and a longer service life, the machine is made of inoxidizable materials: the entire framework is in AISI 304 stainless steel, and the reinforced work surfaces are in aluminium to ensure lightness and solidity. The sturdy 15 thick aluminium sidebars guarantee stability and precision, while the 85 diameter rollers with a maximum opening of 80 allow uptostandard processing of the dough Beta Tower 660 Multispeed Classic 600 The best starting point for complete automation. 5 COMPUTER Beta computer The BETA computer allows to select and store 11 programs to manage the decrease in rolling thickness. Each program controls: the number of passes the opening of the cylinders for each pass (Beta Classic from 0.1 to 40 Beta Tower from 0.1 to 80 ) P ENTER SELECTOR In order to go from one pass to the next, the operator uses the belt reversal joystick control for the Classic model or the pedal control for the Tower model. At the end of each pass, the cylinders automatically move into the next position. The computer stops the machine at the end of the last pass. Gaa and Multispeed computers The GAMMA and computers allow to select and store 99 programs to automatically manage the decrease in rolling thickness as well as the reversal of the belt movement. The programs are subdivided into 40 single programs, 58 sequential programs and 1 manual program. 6 Touch Screen computer The TOUCH SCREEN computer allows to select and store 50 programs.
