6 Finishing Guide RAL - Painted rails are sandblasted prior to powder coating, which greatly increases paint adhesion. We only use Akzo Nobel paint, one of the Worlds highest quality paint manufacturers. RAL colours have a 6-8 week lead time. Quartz Finishes - With so many colours and finishes to choose from, the Quartz glass ranges can be utilised in any part of the house. Whether you want a mist free-mirror in the bathroom or a radiator to match your tiles, splashbacks, furniture and more, these glass-fronted radiators can offer the perfect solution. Quartz Radiators available on p Quartz finishes have a 3 week lead time. Highest Quality Double Nickel/Chrome Plating - No Copper and No Copper Cyanide - we never use any copper plating in the production of our towel rails/radiators. Copper plating produces harmful by-products such as copper cyanide, which has a devastating effect on the environment. TIG welded ends are stronger and reduce the likelihood of pinholes and crooked tappings. Handmade not furnace welded. This allows for better plating cover around the horizontal and vertical joins on our towel rails, which minimizes chrome shadow, greatly increasing the chrome life of the rail. Step 2: Loosely screw the wall support (Part 2) into the wall using the wall screw (5) and washer. Use wall plug (1) if you are fixing into masonry. Do no tighten fully. STEP 2: Loosely screw the wall support (Part 5) into the wall using the wall screw (7) and washer. Use wall plug (8) if you are fixing into Masonry. Do no tighten full. (Top: The mini screw hole in the side of the wall support (5) should be facing the floor) Step 3: Adjust wall support and, with the aid of a spirit-level, tighten. STEP 4: Through the bars of the radiator, align the bracket securing part (3) with the bracket stem and wall support (4). Manoeuvre the rail back towards the wall. Once fitted, tighten the Bracket Assembly Screw (2) STEP 5: Insert the Bracket Securing Screw (6) to secure. Fit the cover caps (1) to finish (Image 7) (Image 8) 93
