The Made to Measure Sliding Doors are bespoke, beautiful and are totally in your hands. Make use of any space... All of our made to measure sliding doors are manufactured to your own individual specification, so you can create a truly bespoke designed floor to ceiling & wall to wall storage system. As well as being able to make made to measure doors fit into a opening space as large as 2500mm high & 4555mm wide, we can also make each individual door as small as 1200mm high & 610mm wide. One of the largest advantages is that these are totally bespoke, both in size and in colour. These doors also feature the soft-close system on all doors (except MTM Classic) above 1200mm high & 650mm wide. The NEW angled ceiling bracket will allow you to fit your doors onto any sloping ceiling, perfect for installing the doors onto eaves in your attic space. Making use of any space Automatic lighting New to the made to measure sliding door range, is our automatic lighting system. This lighting system slots between the ceiling and top track, and automatically turns on and off when you open and close your sliding doors. Easy to fit, just simply plug and play. Please Note: The lights work independently, but if you want them to automatically turn on when opening your doors then you will need a Infra-red control box. With a mixture of core colours to choose from, we have also now introduced the most on-trend premium colours as well. By combining these frame and panel finishes together, you can be as creative as you want. Designing your own unique style. 1. How to measure up for Made to Measure Doors Measure your opening height and width at the five points indicated on the main diagram to the right. Do this at approx 620mm away from the back wall of where your Sliding Doors will go to allow for your interior system. CORE colours available to Ellipse, Minimalist, Shaker & Linear Doors The Minimum door width for all MTM Doors is 610mm. Maximum door widths are: 1180mm for Flux, Reflex & MTM Classic 1230mm for Glam, 1160mm for the Shaker, 1b. Fitting to a doorway or window opening. Note: If there is a difference between the measurements of heights A, B or C, this means that your ceiling and floor are not parallel. Your track-set will allow for a difference of up to 25mm, but if the difference exceeds this you will need to make adjustments to your ceiling or walls. (See diagrams 1b, 1c & 1d). 1a. How many doors do you require As long as your chosen door falls within the sizing dimensions in step 1, then you can have as many Doors as you like. (Your door measurements will vary slightly due to the amount of overlaps that will be required, but this is something we will calculate these for you, keeping this process simple). For example: If your opening width is 3500mm and you would like 4 doors, each door would appox be 875mm wide. This means that if you have ceilings higher than 2700mm, then you can easily use the Floor to Wall option. Alternatively you can use the Floor to Ceiling option to create a room divides. Please Note: Aura. Telescopic posts fixed between the floor and ceiling are used to support the shelving/drawers and have an adjustment range from 2110mm to 2700mm. Relax. Stanchions can be cut to any height, and are available as Floor to Ceiling fixtures (Max Height 2700mm), or Floor to Wall fixtures (Max Height 2440mm). Step 2: Calculate components By choosing different drawer and shelving sizes you can create a unit to fit any individual space, which can be adapted to suit your changing needs, whenever you want. Simply measure you opening width, then divide the space up using the chosen components. Step 3: Fitting your storage system All components come with detailed instructions on how to install.
