CASING AND SUPPORT STRUCTURE All models incorporate thicker front and rear volute casings in high quality cast ductile iron with reinforcing ribs and lifting points. 5

6 SEALING SYSTEM The modular sealing chamber design of the Slurrypro Diamond series pumps allows for flexibility when specifying new pumps or upgrading existing pumps. Double cartridge-mounted mechanical seal with conical stuffing box The Style 606 is an innovative new double mechanical seal which makes best use of the recent technology developed for the Style 600SL seals and widens its applications and performances. The Style 606 is equipped with its own conical extension of the stuffing box in order to grant a very long mean time between failures. The conical increase is extended to the seal s faces, which are designed with finite element analysis technology with double balance. The seal is designed in two versions: DFS with multiple springs out of the pumped fluid, extremely compact but able to withstand radial misalignments up to 4 3D with single spring which allows the absorption of axial plays up to ±10 mm, depending on the shaft diameters. Equipped with standard pumping ring, the Style 606 seal can be installed on almost every application, even on pumps, reactors and mixers. 9 The Slurrypro Standard Series is a heavy duty, proven range of horizontal and vertical slurry pumps in a wide range of sizes. Wearing parts are available in high chrome or a range of elastomer compounds. The Slurrypro Standard Series pump and spares range allows you to continue using your current pump and pipework configuration. HORIZONTAL A complete range of sizes are available across the full selection of pump types and materials. Components come in a range of elastomer and hard metal types and materials to suit any application for maximum abrasion and corrosion resistance. The removable cartridge-type bearing assembly facilitates easy on-site maintenance procedures. A range of seal types are available to suit every requirement, including mechanical shaft seals to eliminate gland sealing water. VERTICAL This heavy duty range features a cantilever shaft design that eliminates any bearings or seals in the fluid end. An ideal pump for heavy slurry wash down and spill duties. A full range of material options including complete elastomer lined pumps and hard metal options for corrosive and abrasive media duties. Pumps in all sizes can be configured with a range of column lengths and impeller designs.
