Thank you to all the Archers who rose to the challenge to bring a friend and turn the 70 target event that we normally host into a 91 target event with well over 320 Archers shooting. The weather was reasonably kind to us, although the weather was supplemented by the odd additional shower on the football pitch side of the field, when the hockey pitches got watered! Thanks must also go to all the dedicated volunteers who helped with this event. The work party, the Judges and the Junior Committee. Without them we could not put the event on for you. Thanks also to Patrick for performing the duties of Lord Patron for the weekend. We wish him all the best for Rio and hope that the signed target faces spur him on in his accommodation whilst away. A number of records were claimed throughout the weekend, as well as 6 gold end badges, Rose and WA Star awards. Well done if you were one of these Archers.
