All procedures done in reference to Concorde Maintenance Manual for RG Series Main Aircraft Battery (CMM ) and Cirrus Airplane Maintenance Manual Model SR22 Chapter 24. -Lubricated the aircraft in 100, 200, 300, 500 and 5yr intervals as required in accordance with the Cirrus airplane maintenance manual model SR22 Chapter Installed new #3 Engine Exhaust header tube (p/n ) with new gaskets (p/n ) and lock nuts (p/n MS ) in reference to Cirrus Airplane Maintenance Manual Model SR22 Chapter & TCM IO-550 Permold Series Engine Maintenance and Overhaul Manual Appendix B-10 -R-eplaced Left red navigation light & Left white position light in reference to Cirrus Illustrated Parts Catalog Model SR22 Chapter Replaced brake caliper O-rings (p/n MS ) in reference to Cleveland Wheels & Brakes Product Catalog. Complied with Cirrus SR2X Service Bulletin SB 2X (SNS SUBJECT: Overhaul And Replacement Schedule - Brake Assembly O-Ring Replacement Interval) by installing the yellow Temp Stickers (p/n ) and updating the POH in reference to Cirrus SR2X Service Bulletin SB 2X Replaced Right Main Landing Gear brake disc (p/n ) in reference to Cleveland Wheels & Brakes Product Catalog & Maintenance Manual. -Removed / replaced (8) Duracell ELT batteries with new batteries size D Duracell MN1300. Batteries expire Mar Inspected the ELT as per FAR (d). MAKE :ACK MODEL :E-01 SERIAL : THE BATTERY EXPIRES :March Removed line cutters for replacement and found : Model C1-8 and lot # 1RRL0111, manufacture date of 01/2011and s/n's 804 and 821. Original line cutters expire 1/2017. Reinstalled original line cutters with new cord and new machine thread. Reference cirrus SR22 Caps Component Manual chapter Up dated Maintenance Warning Report and life limited section of #1 airframe log book. -Removed corrosion from the right most inboard flap brackett and cleaned with Alumiprep 33. Treated the area with Alodine 1201 and painted with Cirrus Base White (PPG Concept DCC 92813). -Removed A/C compressor and found the drive assembly side of the mount to be worn. Installed.0020" thick washer between the aft compressor mounting surface and the aft compressor drive mounting surface. Secured with a new bolt (p/n AN5-37A), original flat washers, a new lock washer (p/n MS ) and the original nut. Referenced Keith Products Inc. Maintenance Manual Air-conditioning System for Cirrus Design SR-22 Document No. CR STC No. SA10195SC. -Removed old double sided tape from left lower wing/fuselage fairing and replaced with two feet of new double sided tape 1/2" X.045 (p/n ) in reference to Cirrus Maintenance Manual Chapter Accomplished the removal of the corroded screws. Removal required the extraction of one tuck screw on the left lower wing tip attach point. -Installed new Telex Microphone (p/n ) into the aircraft as requested by owner. -Removed and replaced the air induction filter in reference to Cirrus Illustrated Parts Catalog Chapter Installed new ELT Remote Control Panel Indicator Battery in reference to Cirrus Airplane Maintenance Manual Model SR22 Chapter Inspected fire extinguisher model RT-A400 s/n V per label instructions. Weight is 505 grams. Found acceptable for continued service. -Removed the fuel strainer. Cleaned and inspected as required. No defects noted. Reinstalled the fuel strainer with new o-rings (p/n NAS1523-8B & p/n MS ) and secured in reference to Cirrus Aircraft Maintenance Manual Model SR 22 Chapter & Cirrus IPC Model SR22 Chapter Removed the left engine baffle from engine. The cracked baffle had the cracks stop drilled and a doubler fabricated to repair the areas that were affected. Original type baffle skin metal was used to fabricate the repair doubler. Solid aluminum rivets were used to install the doubler where they were able to be used. The repaired baffle was reinstalled on the left side of the engine. Repair accomplished in accordance with AC B. -Serviced the control quadrant with AeroShell 22 in reference to Cirrus Airplane Maintenance Manual Model SR22 Chapter Performed Functional Check of the Redundant Circuit Breakers in reference to Cirrus Airplane Maintenance Manual Model SR22 Chapter Performed Inspection/Check of thetransient Voltage Suppressor in reference to Cirrus Airplane Maintenance Manual Model SR22 Chapter Checked aileron, rudder and elevator cable tensions and flight control travels in reference with Cirrus SR22 maintenance manual chapter 27 and Type Certificate. -Constructed profile of this aircraft into ATP navigator and verified compliance of all ADs. -Adjusted elevator cable tension in reference to Cirrus Airplane Maintenance Manual Model SR22 Chapter 6 Figure Installed new left outboard aft tail pipe support bracket (p/n ) in reference to Cirrus Airplane Maintenance Manual Model SR22 Chapter 78. -Installed Reiff Preheat Systems Turbo System TL6 (approved for Continental 550) in reference to Reiff Preheat Systems' Hotband Cylinder Heating System and HotStrip Oil Sump Heater installation & operating instructions. -Updated the POH in reference to Cirrus Service Publication Index For SR22 Serial Number 1653 by adding SR22 POH Revision 7(p/n RA7), Revision 8 (p/n RA8), Revision 9 (p/n RA9), & Revision 10 (p/n RA10). -Updated the Weight and Balance with the addition of the Reilff Engine Heater System. I certify that this has been inspected in accordance with a/an Inspection and was determined to be in airworthy condition. Details on file at this facility. Signature. Work Order #. Replaced 0-rings 2 each PIN M83461/l-222 and temp. decal PIN on RH brake caliper and bleed brakes. Installed new well nuts 4 each PIN in baggage door kick plate. Removed Amsafe electronic control module PIN SIN RA05FEB and sent to Amsafe for rebuild under WO# dated2/5/2014. After rebuild installed same and tested, passed test. Next replacement date 02/2021. Replaced several well nuts 2 each P/N I and 4 each PIN QI 032 for LH and RH gear strut upper fairing. Replaced Cyl.#4 EGT probe PIN C/W FAR (cl) battery next due 3/2018. The readings were as follows: #1-60/80, #2-63/80, #3-70/80, #4-76/80, #5-76/80, #6-66/80. Minimum orifice reading was 46/80. Cylinders #2 & #6 had leakage by exhaust valve and rings, #1 cylinder by rings and #3 cylinder by exhaust valve. Boroscope inspection showed cylinders #'s 1, 2, 4 and 6 have corrosion on walls. Exhaust valves appeared OK. 2) TCM AD (12/28/11) Starter ADapter gear due.researced and complied with AD and determined action was not reqired because the effectivty requirements did not match this Aircraft. -Removed, inspected, and photographed all engine hydraulic lifters and camshaft lobes. Detected signs of spalling on cylinder # 2 exhaust, cylinder #3 exhaust, cylinder #6 exhaust, and cylinder # 6 intake hydraulic lifters. Replaced exhaust hydraulic lifters (p/n ) with new superseded hydraulic lifters (p/n ) in cylinders #2, #3, & #6. Replaced intake hydraulic lifter (p/n ) with new superseded hydraulic lifter (p/n ) on cylinder #6. Replaced Hydraulic lifters in reference to Teledyne Continental Aircraft Engine Service Information Directive SID Installed push rod tubes with new o-ring seals (p/n ) and push rod housing packings (p/n ). Installed push rods and rocker arms. Replaced worn thrust washers (p/n ) on #4 exhaust rocker arm to gain correct tolerances. Replaced all washer lock tabs (p/n ) on rocker arms. Torqued rocker arm bolts to 17.5 ft lbs. and bent over tabs. Installed new rocker cover gaskets (p/n ) Torqued cover screws to 65 in lbs. All procedures done in reference to TCM IO-550 Permold Series Engine Maintenance and Overhaul Manual Chapter 10-8 & TCM IO550N Cylinder Assembly parts listing Figure List 25_18. -Complied with the Annual Inspection in accordance with Dominion Aviation Services FORM 0100 which meets the requirements of FAR 43 appendix D and with reference to Cirrus SR22 maintenance manual chapter Removed the spark plugs. Inspected, cleaned, gapped and rotated the spark plugs. Re-installed the spark plugs with new gaskets, pn# M674. Reference : Champion aviation service manual AV6-R. -Complied with the oil and filter change. Serviced with 8 quarts of Phillips 20w 50. Installed new oil filter p/n CH Cut open the old filter and found no defects. Removed, inspected, cleaned and reinstalled the sump screen with a new gasket. Ran the engine and no leaks detected.
