INSTALLATION WARNING! Large spring is factory installed, do not remove! While installing, do not place fingers between support. Do not over tighten the Tie Wraps. 1. Unpack the flexible fume arm and check for any damages or shortages. If any, please report to the shipping company immediately. 2. Choose the specified height for mounting. 3. Mount the wall bracket first, using specified bolts, for larger arms use threaded rods with back plates, ensure that the wall bracket is leveled. For ceiling mount check specifications. 4. If applies, attach the second section of the mounting bracket using the provided 3/8 bolt. 5. Attach the eyebolt, to the spring on the second section of the arm. 6. Mount the hood to the arm with the provided 5/16 bolt. Make sure friction disc is between connecting bars. 7. Adjust all joints so the arm is barely standing free. Do not over tighten joints. 8. Mount the solid tube starting from the hood; use the self-tap screws provided for the hood and elbow connection respectively. 9. Run the hose below the arm and attach it by the Tie Wraps provided. Make sure that the hose is running loose under the support to allow it to bend. 10. Tighten the tie wraps just enough to hold hose in place. Do not over tighten. 11. Adjust all joints until you have desired movement of your arm. 12. Cut any hanging tie wraps. YOUR FUME ARM IS NOW READY TO BE USED.

Periodic inspection of the arm on a monthly basis is suggested to reveal any possible deterioration of the following: Hoses: small holes should be taped of to prevent any further tearing, or be replaced. (Does not apply for steel hoses). Joints: after a period of time joints may need to be readjusted and cleaned from any atmospheric dust particles. To do so, just slightly release tension on the joints, and clean with compressed air. Tighten and readjust. Hood Damper: after approximately one month of use, hood damper (if provided) may need to be adjusted, just tighten bolt nuts (1/4-20) located on either side of the hood.

9 Warranty and Service Policy One Year Limited Warranty Air cleaning products and systems manufactured by Sourcetec Industries Inc. are warranted for a period of one year from date of original purchase. Sourcetec's liability shall be limited to repair or replacement of defective material within the warranty period when returned freight prepaid to its plant or to a service depot designated by Sourcetec. This warranty does not apply to products subjected to any accidents, alteration, abuse, or misuse. Warranties on equipment not of seller's manufacture are limited to terms of warranty furnished by seller's suppliers. Our responsibility ceases upon delivery to any common carrier and we do not, unless previously instructed, insure shipments beyond point of delivery to such a carrier. No material will be accepted for credit when returned without permission. All materials accepted for credit is subject to at least a 25% handling charge, and permission must be obtained before equipment is returned. Equipment specially built to customer specifications and requirements is not subjected to cancellation or returnable for credit under any conditions. We reserve the right to modify or alter materials, dimensions, design and construction when necessary, to improve the performance of our product and/or accessories, or to meet delivery requirements.
