3 Aluminum Cassette Filter(Fig. 8 ) Aluminum Cassette Filter holds the dusts in the air and oils.metal filter must be washed in hot soapy water every month or if possible in the dishwasher ( 60C ). Carbon Filter (Fig. 9 ) Carbon filter holds the odors in the air. It must be replaced every 4-5 months under normal conditions. Carbon filter must not be washed. Therefore, we strongly recommend you observe the folowing instructions. Cleaning Outer surfaces of your extractor must be wiped by a cloth wet with liguid detergent. Displace the aluminum cassette filter.dismantle the faulty bulp and replace with a new one at the same value. 5 Electrical Scheme of your exhauster is shown in Figure 5 Electrical connections of your device must be installed by a gualified electrician. INSTALLING THE PADDLE BOX ON THE WALL(Fig.6) 1-Boring the suspender holes Use assembly insole to bore holes.drill 4 holes A,B,C,D by a driller of Ø8 mm on the wall Drill 2 holes (E,F) by a driller of Ø6 mm to screw the chimney assemply sheet.drills must be about 15 cm below the ceiling. 2-Fixing the inserts Fix 4 inserts of Ø8 mm into the holes (A,B,C,D). Fix 2 inserts of Ø6 mm into the holes (E,F) 3-Fixing the suspender screws Fix the screws to holes A,B.keep a clearance of 5 mm between wall and head of screw of hanging the extractor body easily. Fix the chimney assembly sheet to holes of E,F by using screws given with exhauster. 4-Hanging the exhauster to the wall Assemble the plastic exhaust connection-part to the upper outlet of exhauster Hang the exhauster to the screws A,B, tighten the screws fest. Fix 2 screws into the C,D holes by using the fixing holes inside the exhauster body Assembly flexible aluminum pipe to the plastic part. Connect the other side of the pipe to the wall outlet. Assemble upper exhaust to the lower exhaust. Place both parts to the exhauster. Screw lower exhaust to the body by using side holes. 6 For use with chimney: Air outlet is supplied by coupling a flexible pipe of 120 mm between the product and chimney. N-RV (No Return Valve) Return Prevention System prevents the gas or air ingress to return the kitchen from the chimney. Warning!!! Extractor outlet must not be connected to any other air channels with other fumes. For use withouth chimney (Recirculation mode): Air is filtered by two carbon filters and returned into the ambient. Filtered air is redelivered to the ambient through or over the closet by a pipe with a diameter of 120 mm or N-RV chimney. This method is used in kitchens with no chimney outlet or airvent in the place where the chimney outlet is situated. Figure 7 INSTALLATION UNPACKING THE DEVICE: Check your device for any deformation. Defects due to trasportation must immediately be reported to the transportation agent. Faults detected must also be informed to the seller.do not allow your children to play with the packing materials. POSITION OF DEVICE: Upon the completion of installation, the distance between the product and electrical ovens must be minimum 65 cm and 75 cm between the product and ovens burning other fuels Fig.4 ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS OF DEVICE Your device is eguipped with an earthed, plugged power supply cable, which must be wired into an earthed socket easily accessible. 7 Do not leave oil in heat in a container on oven. Containers with oil in heat may be self-flammable. Ensure that the filters are changed on due time may pose fire risk due to the accumulated oil. Air disposed by the device must not be discharged into a flue being used for disposing the fumes from burning gases or other fuels. NOTE: In case of any flaming, disconnect the extractor and cooking devices from power supply. Cover the flame.never use water for extinguishing. Active carbon filter may be supplied from the authorized service or seller. At first, the cassette filter is removed for the installation of active carbon filter. Carbon filter that is placed on motor covers is installed into its socket so that the medium catches fit. Active carbon filter is assembled by turning in the direction of arrow as shown in Fig.3 FUNCTIONS OF DEVICE Extractor is used in kitchens with or without chimneys. Figure 9
