If the outer package is damaged, please take photos and contact the freight carrier. Put the pipeline[3] to the cabinet[i], the pipeline[3] has four pipe, three universal card head, connect the two cards through the clamp spring, rivet the pipe and card.there is a knob on the side of universal card head, Through adjusting the knob to make universal card head preload and to adjust direction ; 3. The mount of the gas skirt[4] liner for one side of the pipe, a thread inside; Gas skirt mouth[5]liner for one side of the pipe,on the left side of the mount[4]; The mount of the Gas skirt mouth[7]liner for outer side of the pipe, thread outside ; Gas skirt rnouth[5]is between mount[4]and mount[7]. 4. Tapping screw[8]is on the mount[7]and the pipe, to ensure the mount[7]and the pipe is fixed without relative motion, tighten up the mount[4]and the mount[7]. w f

7 User Instructions 2.1 Function Product concept Arm Fume Hood, the contaminated gas of the local experimental space can be created once again, and the cleanliness of the air is discharged into the indoor environment. The laminar airflow is in a vertical form, this clean equipment is clean air machine of vertical laminar flow Operating principle / Air purification system The function of the Arm Fume Hood is to absorb the gas of the local space experiments in the inner of the equipment through the desktop gas-collecting hood, after pre-filter I, HEPA filter II, and an active carbon filter III, the gas dust Working principle of Aim Fume Hood material is adsorbed and the purified gas is discharged directly into the atmosphere, which reduce the pollution of gas. ^ - " Structure Composition Air purification system It's the most important system to ensure the performance of the equipment. It consists of fan, pre-filter, HEPA filter, active carbon filter and so on. The main function of the air purification system is to continuously purify the gas generated by the experiment, absorb the dust particles in the gas, and finally the highly clean gas released into the room. The filtration system uses the high efficiency filter- HEPA, which guarantees the filtration efficiency to % (diameter is 0.3 um). Power socket The equipment is equipped with a power supply socket with a total power supply fuse. Handle knob Located on the top cover, easy to move the device. 9 :n Operation Cautions and Normal Use Flows 3.1 Operation Cautions (1) Before operating, please read this manual firstly. C 2) Please keep this manual for reference later. (3) Before connecting the AC power supply, to ensure input voltage of the machine stability and consistency, and to ensure that the rated load of electrical outlet is not less than the requirements.this device be equipped with grounding plug and only apply to grounding socket. If the plug cannot be inserted into the socket, please ask technical person to install grounding socket. (4) Filter have lifetime. During the period of use, the dust and bacteria accumulate in the filter, it will increase the pressure of the HEPA filter. When the filter can't bear the air flow velocity, contact MRC Ltd and replace filter, otherwise will effect the safety of cabinet. The replaced filter should be deal according to local medical rules. (5) The maximum storage period is one year. A performance inspection should be done if the storage period exceeds one year. (6) MRC will not be liable for any risk because of your casually change structure or damage arising from your failure to appropriately operation the fume hood. 3.2Normal use flows Preparation The equipped power cord plugged into the power socket, the other end connected to the net power socket..

10 r ' Use Press the power button on the control panel, it will alarm three sounds. The machine will on working condition. Then press 'fan' button, after 5 minutes, the machine can working normally. 3.3 Maintenance Clean To keep the cleaning of cover hood, clean it regularly( once a month will be better),wiped with soft cloth which is dipped by alcohol. Please do not spray any chemical liquid on label, in case the label colored and uncleared Replacement of the filter To ensure the efficiency of medical arm fume hood, suggest replace filter after one year or 1000 working hours. When it alarming, you need to replace filter. If you need to order filter, please contact us. 3.4 Maintenance Work 1. Only trained and authorized technical personnel can be responsible for the maintenance of the equipment! 2. When equipment fails and the operator can not immediately troubleshooting,please immediately notify our maintenance department, and for the safety of you and equipment, do not repair the device yourself! 3. Without our agreement, do not replace one of the filter or fan, if you need to order parts you can contact our technical service department, please indicate the arm fume hood machine models number! 4. The replaced waste filter, deal by medical institutions in accordance with relevant rules of the processing of medical waste. 0 -, Common faults analysis and solution 4.1 Common faults analysis
