Make sure that the compressed air is dry and clean (according to ISO 8573-, for which we advise the use of SM air treatment equipment and a correctly adjusted lubricator with the right oil. For RED ROOSTER air tools we recoend RED ROOSTER TLU oil, which is resin and acid free oil. To accomplish a good lubrication, we advise the use of a hose between lubricator and the air tool with a maximum length of 8 m (26ft). If this is not possible, contact us for a solution that will be applicable to your situation. IR PRESSURE ND QULITY RED ROOSTER air tools perform best at 6,3 ar. When air pressure is lower, tool performance will decrease by up to 25% with 1 ar pressure loss. Low pressure may occur if: apacity of the compressor is insufficient for type and amount of air tools in use tank is too small for the requested air flow The air piping is too small leaks Incorrect air nipples / quick couplers are being used treatment equipment is insufficient / not functioning properly For a good quality compressed air, check your air treatment equipment and lubricators and make sure maintenance is performed on a regular basis MINTENNE Please check your air piping and compressor tank daily for water and check if lubricators are filled with RED ROOSTER TLU air tool oil. If lubricators stay full over a longer period of time, please check if they are set correctly to lubricate the air while tools are in use.
