2 SEAMLESS, SAFE, SILENT & SECURE 2 SEAMLESS Surface applied 1/16 gap eliminates a pocket door cavity, makes the top door edge inaccessible and allows simple retrofit of standard swing door openings. SAFE Sliding door is installed on the exterior side of the patient room eliminating barricade tactics. Features outside thumbturn or key override inside thumbturn if forcibly held. SECURE Concealed vertical rod bolt projects into the track providing patient privacy with no accessible latch bolt or strike. In addition to locking the door in the closed position, other locking positions can be easily added. SILENT Dampened closure allows quiet operation (at approx. 55 dbs) and eliminates door slamming while being vandal resistant. Demonstration of LR-SDS-5 privacy set

3 3 The patent-pending LR-SDS is comprised of individual components that together provide ligature resistant sliding doors for behavioral healthcare openings. TRACK SYSTEM Hangs a standard 1! " door without any exposed anchor points or cavities where unwarranted items could be stored. The seamless design eliminates opportunities to use the top edge of the door as a ligature point. FLOOR GUIDE A simple floor guide keeps the door flush against the wall when opened or closed. VERTICAL ROD BOLT A concealed vertical rod operated by a ligature resistant thumbturn provides privacy. A clutch override feature is included to unlock the door from the outside when the inside turn piece is forcibly held. FLUSH PULLS Ligature resistant flush pulls allow the door to be opened and closed.
